Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @davedavis91:

I've been to Hrensko several times but somehow missed this place. Hidden a few feet away from the road stuck between the rocks, this magical hotel/restaurant lies almost invisible to the tourist's eye.

I rewarded @davedavis91 winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

2 Years ago I visited Červená Lhota Castle in the south of Czech Republic. I was already beforehand fascinated by the red colour of this Renaissance castle in the middle of a lake. Unfortunately when I was there the weather was quite bad and I could only catch some small sunrays in this photo. Still it's a very beautiful and calming place there which I would love to visit again in Summer or Autumn.

WOW ! Spectacular shot !

Thank you! 😊

What an amazing place to visit. I was there just couple of days ago and would definitely recommend to everyone who has few mored days to spent in the Czech Republic. Great entry to feature in today's contest. Tomas

Thank you so much! It really is an amazing place and I can only recommend visiting it!
Unfortunately so far I only know the south of Czech Republic, but I wish to go further up someday. But there's still so much more to discover here and it's only a few hours from my home town - perfect for weekend trips! :-)

Orangery with many tropical and subtropical fruit species found next to the Radun Chateau. Located just a few kilometers outside of the Silesian town of Opava, in a village of the same name (Radun), the Radun Chateau is a majestic chateau that was built in the 14th century.

One Of The Most Beautiful Place Velká Amerika
Pretty much too crowded, so it could not be dangerous in many cases, especially when shooting self-riding on the edge or trying to get a Darwin prize straight on the bike. I do not even think of kids with an ideal walk. The environment is beautiful, the water is lighter and you can see the bottom of the fish.

This is such an awesome picture. Great job.

Prokopské údolí, St. Prokop Valley, the edge of Prague

In the current heat the inhabitant and the visitor of Prague can take to the shadow of this valley. It is pleasantly cold. In fact, over 600 million years ago, the ocean was flowing and this area was on the South Pole.

Old Town Square
Every building and architecture fan will LOVE this square. Every building is beautiful on its own right, but next each other... next level beauty. Rather crowded, but you have to go there and see this amazing place, which has a great vibe, too.

The beautiful, majestic church of St. Ludmila in the Gothic style attracts the eye. Nearby constantly passed, as in 2 steps from a temple of the underground of Namesti to the world - the area of the World.

I didn't added my photos for a while... I had to got to Czech Republic to take the new ones :) So here it is... picture of lake in Adršpach Rocks. The weather was perfect and it was nice to find some cold places among rocks during this hot summer.

John Lennon Wall

Cesky Krumlov
Chesky Krumlov is so medieval and magical that i felt really lucky to be here. The litle town is swarmed with tourists though. Once you reach Chesky, the sight that greets you is breathless beauty. The town site is truly pretty with its wooden bridge, river, and serene atmosphere.

All of Prague is beautiful and Old Town Square is no exception. The highlight is of course the Astronomical Clock and the Tyn Church, but the large, entire square with all the people milling around is definitely a wonderful place to spend some time. We enjoyed eating lunch at a restaurant right across from the Astronomical Clock.

We visited the Charles bridge around 7am and it was very empty and peaceful. The sun was just shining through and it made for some really lovely photographs. The bridge is best when it’s not packed with tourists so you can really experience all the history and architecture that it has to offer.

Historic Center of Cesky Krumlov
This place is achingly beautiful. You feel like you have been transported back centuries. Every building has been beautifully preserved or restored. Everywhere you look. The cobblestone road, the red roofs, the castle, the church, the monastery and the old buildings just beautiful.

Petrin Tower
Well worth the climb! The view from the top is stunning and definitely the best in Prague. Take note of the directions of the staircases (there is one for ascending and another for descending) the lookout platforms can be busy so going early would be a good idea. Great ice cream at the bottom too!

I don't think I've seen anyone post this before? This is a very cool map of Kutna Hora, build right into the street itself. The detail of this map is amazing and I assume people feel bad stepping on it - so it stays reserved. ;)

At the entrance to Charles Bridge we are met by a Gothic structure. This is the Old Town Bridge Tower. Currently, everyone can climb the tower and admire the beautiful view of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Upward there are 138 steps. The height of the tower is 47 meters. In one of the flights there is such an exposition. A large informative load of the hall itself and exhibits do not carry, but rather a place where tourists can take pictures .. The panorama opens very beautiful. The entrance fee is paid.
