WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged and/or reported to @steemcleaners - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ansharphoto:

Prague Skyline at Sunset. Aerial View of Church of Our Lady before Tyn, Old Town and Prague Castle at Sunset. This view can be captured from Paris Hotel in Prague. We stayed in this hotel in April 2017 and for some additional fee got the admission to the tower with such great view.

I rewarded @ansharphoto winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Malá Strana by night
Malá Strana (Lesser Town) is one of the historic districts of Prague. It is located on the slopes below the Prague Castle on the left bank of Vltava and was founded in 13th century.

What a delight to walk through Prague at night/early morning when everything is quiet and lightened up. Great image to be featured in today's edition. Thank you so much.

Indeed. Thanks a lot :)

Your picture perfectly captures the mysterious mood of the city at night. Congratulations on being featured today!

Thanks a lot, this is very kind.

Prague Skyline, View from Charles Bridge

Here is one more photo from my April 2017 travel to Czech Republic. After shooting Charles Bridge in the morning I explored views opening from the bridge itself. On this photo you can sea Vltava River, Smetana Museum in the Former Waterworks and Old Water Tower.

Stunning as always!

Photo of a statue of the winged victory. It can be seen that she has a Laurel wreath (an usual symbol of victory since the Roman times). This statue stands on a high pilar in front of the building of the Opera. Both constructions are neo-classical in style and typical from the Austro-Hungarian Empire of the second half of the XIX century.

This Basilica of St. George is the oldest preserved church building in Prague Castle. The basilica was founded in 920. It is dedicated to St. George.
. It was rebuilt after a major fire in 1142. Gothic chapel, dedicated to Ludmila Bohemia, keeps the grave of a saint. The sanctuaries of Vratislav and Boleslaus II of Bohemia are also in the basilica. The abbey of this community had the right to crown the spouses of the Czech queen.
Now is the Prague Art Collection of the XIX century.

Thank you so much for some great info.

In the last few years interesting architecture has begun to appear in Prague. As is the case with this residential building in Prague, Pankrác. This building was built in 2010. There are other interesting buildings in the vicinity, which makes Pankrác a very interesting area for photography.

For today I have this photo from Prague’s random street. I Love this time when the city slowly come to life and you see more ppl on the streets, and the best view on the reising sun.

This photo needs no introduction. I'm sure every reader of this recognizes this, it is the Charles Bridge. Taken a couple of years ago on a nice sunny summer day. A nice sunny summer day is my preferred time to stroll through Prague. If you look closely you can see yellow peddle boats on the left side of the river. You can rent it and peddle around the river - just be careful of the bigger boats!

There is a proverb that pictures depict thousand words. Yes you can deduce from this photo the processes of bottling wine through the tubes. After the bottles are filled, there is another machine that is next to this one to remove air bubbles before the bottles are covered with cork or any suitable material before labelling.
A can be leaent inside Chateau Valtice.

What would Prague be without these mythical bridges? Prague has many very impressive and beautiful bridges, and this one is no exception.
Beautiful bridge decorated with several statues and leading to Prague Castle from the old town. Place where you can make beautiful pictures.

Great shot!

My photo of Brno... maybe not of the most interesting and touristic part of this city. I used pretty old lens (50mm) with manual settings. I stopped in Brno during my hitch-hike adventure in 2012.

They are pretty but just a cross over the river. You will not walk through the rocks. The monument can be reached with Doubs approximately 5.5 km away. The beautiful view of the rocky and drained water has all added to it. Beautiful place, a stone's throw from svatošske skály Karlovy Vary.

The Charles bridge is going to be close for Renovations so check before . The view is breathtaking especially at sunset, sunrise and ducks! Join the crowds and I mean crowds using the bridge to walk across to and from the Castle area -take some photos and that is it.

Troja Palace is a Chateau turned gallery within extensive gardens (includes a hedge labyrinth). Cross the River Vltava from Troja Palace and you will enter Stromvka Park which is full of many different kinds of trees, ponds, beautiful flowerbeds and also some old buildings.

Great place for a relax walk in a forest obora holedná in Brno. Meet live deers and does and bikers.
Perfect nature outing", then what can you expect from a day like this. Nature always gives you pleasure to take perfect shots and definitely you wont need DSLR or some bulgy Cams. just pure heart and calmness is needed!

This photo is from Pardubice. It is the House of Jonas, as you can guess from the wonderful facade of the house, which depicts Jonas being swallowed by the whale :-) You can see it better on my blog here

Church of St.Wenceslaus, Svatopluk Čech Square, Vršovice
P1070274.JPG
The church is a functionalist building of the architect Josef Gočár. Its construction began to be considered in 1902, when Vršovice became a town. The money was not the first, then the war broke out ...
The square with the church was at that time one of the most important features of the city. Today it is more of a hypermarket with a parking lot.
