Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @nenio:
Yesterday I showed I photo of the interior of St. Vitus Cathedral at the Prague Castle. Today I show other photo of the interior of this magnificent building, in this occasion I used a tilted angle and taken from a different perspective. The image emphasizes the ceiling where you can see the "net effect" produced by the vault ribs. Other important feature of the image is the light that pases through the Gothic windows. The B&W format gives a special atmosphere to the photo.

The cherry orchards in Prague-Liben, one of my favorite natural places in the city. Except for the peace and quiet provided by the trees, this place also offers beautiful panoramic views of some parts of Prague. Bonus fact: you can come here to pick delicious cherries in summer! its open to public all year round.

This is not a staged photo. Traveling Prague Castle, I walked to the site near the Starbucks cafe and saw a girl - a photographer who was standing on the edge of the parapet of the viewing platform and photographing the Prague roofs. I thought that it would be a good photo. This photo I called - "Prague and her fan"

Here i share you a picture from the town hall with the famous astronomical clock at the centre of Prague. It is very hard to take a picture there without people on it, but i finally made it :)

I shared a photo of a cool building at the main square. The building is amongst some really nice buildings and it reminds me of the nice lego sets we have. I love the look of these structures because it brings character to the city and people.

For today's post I have prepared one photo of Mnichovo Hradiste Castle. It is located not far from Mlada Boleslav. This chateau was originally built in Renaissance style in 1606 and rebuilt in Baroque style at the beginning of the 18th century. There are four type of tours, one of which is specifically designed for small children.

One of the main attractions of the Old Town Square is the Old Town Hall, on which the Astronomical Clock is installed.
The famous Astral chiming clock is on the south side of the tower, near them there is always a large number of tourists. There are several reasons. Vo-the first, on their own, they are very beautiful and unique. The Orloy's chimes show the zodiacal location of the Moon and the Sun and three hourly measurements: the Arab numerals show the Old Bohemian time, the Roman numerals indicate the Central European time, the planetary time is separately displayed.

In Prague, all day is snowing and so we give today one thematic photo. Petrin Tower from the final stop of the cable car. The photo was taken last year, so it does not represent the current situation.

When I was in Prague, I also visited the Castle located on a hill. To get off the hill you take a road from which you can admire the red roofs of the houses which are really beautiful! Especially for the contrast created by the colours of nature of the hill opposite. The overcast sky was creating even more contrast between yellow houses and nature.

A gorgeous St. Vitus cathedral with gotic elements, that will fascinate you with its majesty. There is a unique gothic mosaic in the temple – a milion coloured glasses and stoneware. It´s not possible to describe the exceptional beauty of this temple. You have to come and must see it with your own eyes.

Here is another picture of the Saint Peter and Paul Basilica. I took this one while standing in the Vyšehrad Cemetery. I had to but out some of the picture because my friend still has problems with staying out of frame. lol. I think the picture it pretty cool though, the church looks cool.

This photo is kind of special because you can not take it in a spring, summer or autumn. It was taken last winter and captures my dog Remy, his sister Enny, sitting on ice, and old church (Kostel sv. Linharta). This church can be found on this little island in the middle of Nove Mlyny reservoir. Church is surrounded by water, so you must swim or use a boat to get to it. Only time when you can walk to the church is in the winter when the temperature is low.

In center of city Brno we can find Starobrno brewery. The beer has been cooked there since 1325. The brewery is located in Mendlovo square. Some days we can smell the scent of a beer. Not everybody likes it though. Some people hate that smell. Personally, I do not mind the smell, but maybe I would hate it too if I would live just behind a corner.
This brewery has one specialty - green beer for a green Thursday.

Walking up the Nerudova Street to the Prague Castle you will see all these nice buildings. It's beautiful to look at it every time. This is what it looks like during winter. Most of the building has a store downstairs, restaurant, souvenier shop and such.

Located on the southern outskirts of Prague, in the city district of Velka Chuchle, the Velka Chuchle Horse Race is one of the most important horse races in the country. The races are held every Sunday in summer. The capacity of the stadium is 3,200 people so you dont need to worry about not getting a seat. I took this image in August 2015.

Colorful photo from my trip to Moravian Karst near the city Brno. You can find incredible caves in this area, also the famous Macocha Abyss is located here and also this beautiful mill :) I think it looks really cute and reminds of the past times when these mills were in every village :) What a great invention!
