WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged and/or reported to @steemcleaners - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @peroo:

Cathedral of St. Vitus. This is a truly wonderful and breathtaking Cathedral. The stained glass windows are spectacular especially in the early morning and the ceilings and general architecture are amazing. You can also go up the tower which has an awesome view but you pay extra for that. If you get the chance to come back at night it is beautiful.

I rewarded @peroo entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.

Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Old-New Synagogue, Josefov, Prague
P1100206.JPG
This 13th-century Gothic synagogue is the oldest preserved synagogue in Europe. (Older buildings destroyed by the Nazis.)
In the background, there is a two-hour Jewish Town Hall. The upper ones are uninteresting. Lower with Hebrew digits go backwards ...

Although I am currently far from the Czech Republic, I always check the weather over there so I know the country has already been enjoying some nice spring weather. That reminds me of this shot I took in a forest in rural Silesia last year. Spring is the symbol of new life they say and I can only agree :)

Wonderful view from Terasa U Prince
We'd a breathtaking view over the beautiful old city of Prague - to be honest, this was the main reason why we booked this restaurant - and it was definitely worth it! The lunch we'd was delicious, too. You can taste the high quality of all the products. Thank you so much for the moments I'll never forget.

Beautiful view of Prague from Petrin Tower
300 well-deserved steps (but if you want you can take the elevator with an extra price) to see a magnificent view of all of Prague. There are two galleries. The one in the middle of the tower is open (and often there is wind). The taller one is closed but the windows allow the view to space out. The first tower was made in 1912 on the occasion of a major exhibition and has recently been reworked and strengthened. It is metal and when it is windy it sways a little.

Cathedral of st. Bartholomew in Pilsen. The photo is taken from the bark of the cathedral from the organ. The choir was open to the public in the Night of Churches, where churches and temples open to the general public and people can visit normally inaccessible places.
The massive pillars of early Gothic are impressive.

This is a great detail shot of one stain glass window to be found in one of Konárovice’s most ancient buildings — Konárovice been a small Czech village dear to my heart about sixty miles outside of Prague...!
I will post a bigger view upon said window below as well ~ 🌟 ~
It it is being said that there are alchemic messages engraved in the stain glass... if you would like to translate them consider yourself most welcome :)

The Cathedral of St. Vitus is located inside the Prague Castle and represents the most important architectural work in Prague and is Gothic in style. The most impressive thing inside the Cathedral, The stained glass windows are worth a view just for themselves.

Old Town Square
One of the most beautiful squares ever seen especially in the night where there is a beautiful atmosphere. Moreover, the astronomical clock and the cathedral in front are structures of breathtaking grandeur.

Cesky Krumlov, The most beautiful city in the country!
I find this city more beautiful than Prague! Everything is beautiful: the city entirely pedestrian, the river that winds and where you can canoe, the castle overlooking the whole and discovering an extraordinary landscape, the surrounding area - A real favorite for us

Cesky Krumlov.
We started the visit in the castles and went down to the village that is on the banks of the Vltava River. The road through the castle and its bridges was very beautiful. The monumental set of typical houses, bridges, the tower of the church is spectacular. There is a lot of interesting trade to see.
