Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @rockmen:

What a beautiful square! There are four distinct types of architecture as you look around the cobblestone beautiful Square. The buildings are painted with beautiful colors and artwork. A great place to people watch and spend the afternoon or evening.

Church of St. Salvator
We came down from Prague Castle and finished crossing the Charles Bridge, we found this church in front of it. On the upper part of the front of the church with a majestic atmosphere, there were ten or so saints' sculptures. These sculptures of medieval buildings in Europe are truly wonderful.

That is pretty terrific! Sure a great entry to start of today's contest. Thank you so much. Tomas

Basilica of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Bazilika Navstiveni Panny Marie in the Czech language), a large Baroque pilgrimage church in Frydek - Mistek. Built in 1777, the church is one of the most dominant landmarks of this Silesian town.

Swans near Charles Bridge
The swans share the river with the ducks. You can really get close to the water here and the swans come out of the water to be fed. What surprised me was that it is allowed. There is actually a sign asking people to bring food. That I think is new. So there you go, go prepared, take something with you from the hotel buffet and feed the swans. It's fun for the young and old.

View from Prague Castle
The largest medieval castle complex in Europe this is a must do on your trip to Prague, the castle is stunning and the views over the city simply breathtaking. We couldn't believe how many towers and stunning buildings you could see from one spot!

Ministry and ship brewery, river Vltava, Dvorak's waterfront, Prague
P1090111.JPG
At first I felt something ... Then I realized that it was the typical smell of the brewery. Then I searched for a long time. Here the brewery can not be. But my smell can not deceive me ...
I found it! It's on the boat. It's a boat-brewery! I have not seen that yet.
The large building on the waterfront is the Ministry of Trade and Industry. It is one of the representative buildings that the Czechoslovak Republic ordered when it was founded. The building was built between 1928 and 1934.

In this photo I show you a detail of the equestrian statue of St. Wenceslas, taken right at the foot of the statue in Wenceslas Square in Prague in August. Behind the beautiful dome of the Narodni Muzeum.

One of the most beautiful and rich church I have ever visited

Deep in the Jeseniky Mountains are epic hiking paths, mountain bike trails, and ski runs. The nature here is well-preserved and grants the cleanest air in the Czech Republic. The trees are very healthy and grow tall.

Cesky Krumlov is a beauty. It worth a long weekend. You will enjoy every minutes of your staying. There are a lot of restaurant in the streets with a wide variety of czeck or International foods. You can enjoy the fresh, cold beer in the breweries. There is a spectacular view from the walls of the castle and you can go for different tours according to your interests. If you want to see the city from the water you can rent a raft or canoe for only a half hour or for a day as well.

stain glass and beautiful architecture in St. Vitus Cathedral
One of the best churches I've ever seen, deep red stained glass and important history of Czech. Get there early and enjoy Prague Castle and all the museums. Great views of the city and a very good value. Tram 22 stops in front.

The wall was a white wall, after the tragic death of Lenon in the Dakota building in NY the inhabitants of Prague began to graphite this wall with messages of peace and freedom and in support of the murdered singer. The communist authorities of the time painted the wall again in white, but the graffiti came out again, again and again. Today is the only place you can paint on the screen and leave your message, graffiti cover other older. It has a special value for the moment of communist oppression felt by the Czech people.

Cathedral of St. Bartholomew is located on the Republic Square in the center of Pilsen. It is a symbol of the city and the highest church tower in Bohemia, measuring 102m. I recommend the exit to the top of the tower, from which there is a view of the whole Pilsen and the surrounding area.

The Church of St. Nicholas occupies the market square of Mala Strana at the foot of the Prague Castle. It is an essential Baroque masterpiece.

The church is one of the most beautiful monuments in Prague and one of the most beautiful baroque churches ever built "north of the Alps" (outside Italy and Austria?).

Its dome is easily recognizable from the many panoramas that the city offers. The entrance to the church is not free. Many concerts take place in the church.

Another attraction of Prague is the Wenceslas Square.
Once on the site of Wenceslas Square was a horse market. At present it is a tourist place with a lot of attractions, where old houses coexist with modern buildings, almost closely to each other.
There is the National Museum on Wenceslas Square. In addition to Wenceslas Square there are the Crown Palace, the Europa Palace, the Astra Palace, the Ambassador Hotel, the Petka Palace, the Prague Palace, the Vigla House, the Lucerna Palace, Palace "Letka", Palace "Phoenix". However, even more here cafes, restaurants, pubs, souvenir shops and clothing stores and shoes.

It is so sad that this competition is based on those who traveled to Prague. I'm still too young to travel without parents and haven't crossed my country's border. This saddens me to not being able to participate in this beautiful competition but I want to give good luck to everyone who have travelled there and have pictures of Prague.
