Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @cryp1:

The famous Straz cellars in Vrbice, Moravia, Czech Republic were built by digging into the village’s sandstone hillside in the 18th and 19th centuries. Long corridors stocked with wine can be accessed through the pretty stone entrances, which look like tiny houses, and are decorated with Gothic arches. This place is also often used for shooting the movies.

Vysehrad Park
A charming ancient palace, peaceful.has preserved one despite our royal aura of years past. a must for anyone interested in Prague and its history. The most picturesque views of the city are from here.
Besides, it a place where you can simply sit back and relax. Just take all you need and be amased with views. This is the perfect place if you want a quiet moment away from the buzzing city.

Yep, absolutely agreed with you. What a wonderful place just to chill out and have a beer. Great entry to feature today. Tomas

View of the Old Town Water Tower (Staromestska Vodarenska Vez in the Czech language) and some other historic buildings in the center of Prague. The very origins of the tower date back to the 15th century when a wooden tower was standing on the same spot, just outside of the Charles Bridge.

View of the 02 Arena, one of the largest sport areans in Central Europe and a popular piece of modern architecture in Prague. With a capacity of up 18,000 people, the O2 Arena (formerly Sazka Arena) has hosted important sporting events such as the two Ice Hockey World Championships (2004 and 2015), first edition of prestigious tennis Laver Cup, the European Athletics Indoor Championships etc. as well as a number of great conerts, live shows etc.

The city of Cesky Krumlov is a place I would love to return to. I spent less than 24 hours there, and I believe I spent at least one hour in Tesco (waste of time), but walking around in the castle area and looking towards the city like on the picture was maybe the nicest experience during my entire stay in the Czech Republic.

Hi Steemians, following my yesterday's entry I'm sending another picture from the Czech Republic, now it panoramatic photo of village Holasovice in South Bohemia with numerous buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries in a style known as „South Bohemian Folk Baroque“ which have been preserved on a ground plan that dates from the middle ages.
Village was restored and repopulated from 1990, and it was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1998.

It's me again. :D
The photograph shows the view through a hole of the wall around Prague Castle. I like how the wall frames the picture.
I visited Prague in February this year for a weekend. Saturday, I took photos around Charles Bridge, then, sunday, I got to Prague Castle. I definitly have to visit Prague again, one weekend is not enough - especially for a photographer.

View of Karlovy Vary from the way to Hotel Grand Hopp.
A beautiful town with full of medieval buildings alongside the river. The town is famous for the hot springs for the cure.

The silhouettes of truly unique statues ˋdancing´ on the rooftop of one house in Prague ~ 🌟 ~ I was very lucky to catch them just in the right moment when the contrast to the thick clouds behind could not have been better...! ~ The musical ˋFiddler on the Roof´ inevitably comes to mind & I could believe that quite some folks would harbor the wish to join them ˋfrolicking there in the air´ when laying eyes on such splendid sight :))

Closer shot in slightly different color scheme upon the joy :)

Charles Bridge Museum, St. Francis Of Assissi Church, Church of St. Salvator. As you exit Charles Bridge heading into the Old Town ( Stare Mesto ) you are met with the imposing and beautiful St Francis Of Assisi Church ( Kostel Svateho Frantista Z Assisi ) which along with St Salvator Church which is adjacent has to be one of the most photographed churches in Prague.

Historic Center of Cesky Krumlov, One of the prettiest towns in Czech.
This is such a lovely mid evil town! Cute little shops and cafes right on the river. A great way to send some time. Lots of tourist traps but well worth it. All the building are from hundreds of years ago.

Statue of Charles IV (1848) in front of the Church of St. Francis of Assisi at the Old Town in Prague.
The Neo-gothic monument based on the model of Arnošt Hähnel (a sculptor from Dresden) was made by the workshop in Nürnberg.

This is an amazing feat of engineering. Considering it was built in the 1400s. It’s a wide walking bridge with statues along each side. you need to get there very early in the morning if not there you’ll be swarmed by the crowds. Fabulous Charles Bridge with beautiful views of the city.

Charles bridge is one of the most famous place in czech. It is most visted place of czech. The bridge is now a pedestrian zone. although both tram and car traffic were allowed there in the past. And is almost constantly filled with people.
