Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @dimiimp:

This place is absolutely breathtaking with its purity and beautiful nature. Walking for lovers of nature is wonderful. Beautiful views and rock formations that take their breath. I certainly recommend to see :-) Admission is cheap and circuits both Teplických rocks and Adršpašské rocks are separate for the walk, which is fair. Because one circuit will take a half-day walk :-) We really enjoyed this and we will definitely visit again.

Cesky Krumlov is a real love fairytale. The narrow winding streets, the meandering river and the ancient buildings take you far away from normal life. There are lots of fun shops and plenty of choices for food and drink. It is a ways from anywhere else, but well worth the journey.

Most of the pics from Cesky Krumlov only show one of the towers but you managed to capture both:)... Not only this is a great place to visit for anyone who has limited time to spend in the Czech Republic but you could easily spent few day there exploring surrounding towns and cities. Great image to be featured today. Thank you so much. Tomas

Its little difficult to take both of towers in one frame but i will try to captured both of them. Thank you very much for notice it.

Side view of the Church of Our Lady of Sorrows (Kostel Panny Marie Sedmibolestne in the Czech language) - a majestic Baroque church that was built on the Cvilin Hill above the town of Krnov between 1722 and 1728. Next to the nearby Cvilin Lookout Tower, the church is one of the most iconic landmarks of the town.

In the heart of the Czech Republic capital city's Old Town, the Apple Museum takes you through 41 years of the company's fascinating history. As well as displaying almost every Apple product ever made, the museum is a tribute to the California company's late cofounder, Steve Jobs. Portraits of Jobs cover the museum's walls and his quotes are everywhere. One of the first things you see is a portrait of Steve Jobs.

Riana and I found this statue Karel Havlicek Borovsky when wandering around Kutna Hora. Karel Havlicek Borovsky was a famous Czech writer, poet, critic, politician, journalist, and publisher. It is always great to learn new things while exploring other countries! ;)

Yesterday evening I was fortunate enough to catch a quite ˋparadisaic´ sunset in the gardens ~ ❤️✨ ~ My image of course does it no justice... but is a lovely reminder of magic moments :)
And indeed ~ there live peacocks in the Czech Republic... at least here in Konárovice about sixty miles east of Prague...! In case anyone should wonder what sort of animal the silhouettes in the lower part of the image represent :)
When the day comes to an end they like to gather at their feeding place to take a last snack before they go to sleep high up in the trees ~ 🌲🌳 ~

Adrspach-Teplice Rocks
A beautiful place where we spent the whole day, and we went through the whole area. We slept in the nearby camp, so we had a bit of it in the rocks. "Tourists" was not much, so everything went without a problem without a queue or another hitchhiker :). This place is really awesome and will show you what a mother nature can do! :)

Cesky Krumlov
It is very touristic, but even then its beautiful. I found the atmosphere very relaxed. Take your time to sit on a terrace near the river and stare for a few hours at the immense castle and the courtyards.

Velka Amerika
Must-see! Really one of the most beautiful and most interesting natural attractions not far from Prague. nice place for a one day hike from Prague!! There's tunnel to explore if you go down in the canyon and the water is super clear!

trdlo.JPG

What's being sold in this Trdlokafe? Well, Trdelnik it is..It's a sweet pastry typical for Slovakia. At least that's what we, Slovaks, like to think. Therefore it was no wonder for me when I've found this "cafeteria" in the city centre of Brno (Czech Republic) on my way home to Slovakia. At the end of the day, Czech and Slovak republik are kinda the same thing.

What surprised me tho, was the concept of cafeteria specialized in serving Trdelnik :D So I took the snap...and bought a piece :D More about Trdelnik can be found HERE

Old Town Prague
Losing yourself in the old city of Prague alone deserves that qualification. Well maintained, it hides fascinating places. Every corner a work of art. Cafes, breweries, restaurants all contribute to making the city beautiful.

St. Barbara's Church, Kutná Hora
Fantastic building in an unprecedented style. It is inscribed like the whole Kutna Hora on the list of the world. A marvel. A work of art that you have to go see it. It is simply a magnificent cathedral that is really worth seeing.

Divoka Sarka
Fabulous green space outside of central Prague. It is truly a locals park and a bit off of the beaten path but worth the time. This is perfect for you. This place is HUGE! You will feel in real contact with nature. You can have a great picnic in there. There are so many areas in where you can just sit and enjoy nature.

Very busy square, especially to see the astronomical clock. It is a very lively square, the buildings are of different styles, times and colors and that makes it more picturesque. People crowd every hour to watch the hours of the astronomical clock and see the towers of Tyn cut in the sky is a spectacle. It's like there are several places in one.

I visited Prague ones again to meet old friends. The Náplavka Riverbank is an excellent place for long walks or to have a little picnic there. If the sun burns to hot you can hide under one of the bridges, too. This picture was taken at the spot between Palackého most and Jiráskův most. It's also pretty quite there and you will be surrounded by swans and ducks if you have some bread with you – so take care!

Just Awesome

great post and great view.where?

Oh my god! What a nice place. I do not see this type of photo in my life.nice

it's a beautiful sight, and it's nice to be able to participate in this contest, but unfortunately I have never been on vacation in the Czech Republic, maybe someday.
