Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Asia.

Please see the winner of the last week´s Asian Sunday @nelinoeva with the following entry:

Wat Arun, The Temple of Dawn, Bangkok, Thailand. When I first saw it during the night , the temple was illuminated and glowing and it was very impressive. During the day it is equally impressive with its white facade, covered with colourful ceramic plates. The photo is of the central tower, looked from below. On each side on top there is a statue of god Indra riding three-headed elephant.

Black and white Hong Kong skyline panorama taken from Victoria Peak at daytime. Shows the sprawling city from a unique top down view. Taken with an iPhone and merged together with Adobe Photoshop.

Bangkok city in Thailand has many special places where you can capture the most beautiful sunset and most of them are on coastlines of the most beautiful beaches in the world but when it comes to a city sunset over the city of angel's , Bangkok my favorite spot is looking down along the Chao Phraya River into the the city from standing on top of the Sathorn bridge you just get the full view of mother nature painting the skies of Bangkok city.

Naganatheshwara temple

The temple between two mountains surrounded by thick trees. History doesn't say who built the temple. But it does say the wonderful architecture was built in the times of Badami Chalukyas 1500 yrs before.

Kuang Si Falls, Laos

The Kuang Si Waterfalls are located less than one hour by motorbike away from Luang Prabang in Laos. Understandably, they get many visitors, but the place feels not overcrowded since it boasts with many smaller and larger waterfalls over the length of more than one kilometre! These falls were one of my favourites.

I have also posted this photo on my blog.

Asia is full of temples and they are so different from European culture that all of them are interesting. One of the nices temples I had visited is Borobudur in Indonesia.

This is the view of one of the largest beaches in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. The coastal line is full of these small wooden poles; they are used to delimitate patches of the seaweed farms, that serve as one of the sources of income to the villagers on the island.

At Dubai Marina, Dubai's second impressive skyline has developed in the last couple of years. With its many hotels, restaurants and shops, this district is particularly popular among tourists. In contrast to many other places in the city, nobody interrupted me here from taking pictures with professional equipment. So I was able to experiment with the placement of my tripod and various filters without being disturbed.

About 1 month ago on the beginning of Dec. 2019 I had the chance to travel through some parts of Laos to see some of the incredible landscape which this country offers. Make sure when ever you are there, make a stop in Vang Vieng which is full of mountains and rice farms which makes it perfect to go for little adventures.

Bangkok, Thailand

The city with so many faces. The skyscrapers are awesome, but seeing their reflections along with the other buildings, I believe it is also awesome. The glass wall of Iconsiam Mall provides a screen of reflections of the buildings on the other side of the river bank.

Passing this beautiful mosque in my workplace. It has different color combinations compared to another mosque that gives attractions to by passer. It is located in the heart of the city of Sabya Jizan KSA. near the Sarawat mall. There is no church for Christian here and every place has a mosque standing everywhere we go.

Thank you @czechglobalhosts

Japan: The land of modern and ancient times.
This picture was taken inside a huge temple area. Nature, peace, and well constructed gardens welcomed us visitors together with the ceremonial chants of monks.
