Hello fellow Steemians!
Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday.
Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Australia. I am also adding New Zealand to the same challenge as there were some concerns from other Steemians as to which continent NZ belongs to.
Please see the winner of the last week´s Australian Monday @jpphotography with the following entry:
Aoraki Mount Cook National Park, New Zealand. New Zealand does not only have amazing coasts, but also impressive mountains. Aoraki is the highest peak of the island nation and part of the Southern Alps, a mountain range on the South Island.
Your entries need to be submitted by 8 A.M. Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words.
Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge.
Best 10 entries will receive a 10% upvote and other valid entries will get a 5% upvote from me. Out of those best 10 entries, one winner and one runner-up will be picked. Their entries will be shared on Appics in separate posts and they will receive my upvotes on their posts as the reward. The winner will get my 100% upvote and the runner-up will get my 50% upvote on Steemit and on Appics too if their posts were posted through Appics.
For more information about the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and its rules & conditions, please see the latest update post.
A view of the Brisbane bridge lit up like a Christmas tree on a Christmas night while having dinner at the Howard Smith Wharves by the Brisbane river it couldn't have been more romantic.

Seeing the Bay of Fires on the northeastern coast of Tasmania in Australia, was just amazing seeing all these red fiery looking rocks was extraordinary , apparently it's the Lichens responsible for the orange hue in the rocks of Bay of Fires. The Bay of Fires bay runs along the coast line from Binalong Bay to Eddystone Point , definitely breathtaking views.

Heading down to the beach at Nelson in New Zealand. Apart from a stunning beach and warm sea the town itself is quaint and quite arty, rich with culture and friendly locals. A NZ South Island must visit!

Pikes on the river. Brisbane, Australia, experienced a major flood in November 2010. The embankment suffered greatly and even ten month later, the work of renovation and reconstruction was still ongoing.

Lost City Rock Formations
The Lost City rock formations in Litchfield National Park can only be reached by a 4x4 track. Luckily, I was travelling with an amazing ride-share at the time and we were able to visit this incredible place. Litchfield certainly is a highlight of Northern Territories!
