WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians!

Welcome to my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday - where the winner of the weekly round will be able to participate for the total of 200 SBD! Today, you can participate by submitting your personal pictures from your travels to the continent of Australia. I am also adding New Zealand to the same challenge as there were some concerns from other Steemians to which continent NZ belongs to.

Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.

The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 20 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 200 SBD in total.

Please see the winner of Asian Sunday and give him your support if you like his image to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge. You can vote for him by upvoting his winner announcement post below:

@vinceboisgard Asian Sunday entry:

The majestic Taj-Mahal made of white marble. Build for a princess and unfortunately used as a tomb where she sleeps for ever. The roof is made of Star Diopside Gems that shine like stars when the moon is full. This is a magnificent place to see and visit.

Lakestay Rotoiti
About 20 Minutes north-east of Rotorua is Lake Rotoiti (Northern Island of Newzealand). We stayed in a beautiful B&B. This view was out of our bathroom! Just incredible. We jumped into a canoe after breakfast, paddled for about 20 minutes and swam in warm wells afterwards.

Ah, I miss New Zealand. I love the colors here and the vegetation in the foreground. You had quite a view!

It's such a beautiful place! What impressed me the most is that you have so many different landscapes, animals, plants and weather conditions on two relatively small islands.

Than you so much for your submission! I like the colors. Tomas

Tongariro Crossing, New Zealand

One of the most popular hiking trails of the whole country leads you through this impressive volcanic area, to to high plain and a scenery you will never forget. The weather is changing rapidly, so always be prepared and do not worry, it will be better soon.

You can see more pictures from Tongariro in today's post

Looks tough:).... Great entry, thank you so much for sharing with everyone. Tomas

I also did the crossing a year ago (twice). It's really a great experience, so I had to get back up there before sunrise ;-)

Here's something from famous Milford Sound for you. I travelled New Zealand's South Island back a few years ago and at first I was a bit sceptical as to, if this location could live up to all the hype around it. But it didn't dissapoint. Milford Sound is one of the most spectacular locations I have ever visited. The drive there alone was already worth the visit.

Then I even got lucky with this sunset

awesome

sweet as!

daaaaamnnn

This is just mind blowing. New Zealand is just something else!
How would you explain someone that scenery without showing the picture 😂! And how would this person believe what you are describing!

Awesome capture !!!

Oooh, that's different! I like how you used the foreground for a different take on Milford Sound. Awesome! :)

Wow increíble es un hermoso lugar!!

That is quite something:)....

I must say that this was one of my favorite hikes in New Zealand. If I remember correctly, the name of the trail is Hooker Valley Track. I love mountains and here you could enjoy Mount Cook in the background almost trough the whole hike!

What a wonderful entry! Thnak you so much for your participation. Tomas

Nighttime Cityscape of Sydney, Australia

Enjoy the view of the illuminated opera house, the port of Sydney and the skyscrapers. I got this photo crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Opened in 1932, this bridge was actually the world's widest long-span bridge until 2012. It has lanes for trains, cars, bicycles, and pedestrians.

I have also posted this photo in my blog a few days ago.

Great shot from a nice spot!

Thank you!

Wow, another epic image! Thank you so much for your submission! Tomas

Sydney Opera House

My first time visiting Australia was one of the highlight of my 4 years of travelling so far. I didn't imagine that I would be able to visit this beautiful place. By the way, this photo was taken with my iPhone 6.

Thank you for your entry. Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement coming later on today. Tomas

Rocky beach and mangroves tree in Darwin. While the storm is building up in the sky over the ocean, the tide is still low and the landscape looks like a painting of saturated colours.

When the night will fall, the sky will turn into a firework festival as the lightning will take over the stars.

Location: Darwin, Australia.

Thank you for your participation and sharing this wonderful image with all of us. Have a great day. Tomas

Whatipu Beach, NZ
Whatipu is a remote beach on the west coast of the Auckland Region in the North Island of New Zealand. It is a spectacular area of coastal dunes and wetlands. Shifting sands have substantially changed the beach since the 1940s; over 6 square kilometres has been added to the beach since then. This photo was taken on a clear summers day (January) with relatively mild wind conditions.

Great entry, thank you for taking part in the challenge. I will be announcing the winner later on today. Tomas

Thanks Tomas, great to be part of the challenge!

Rocks that look like "elephants" (North Otago)

Due to its characteristics, it was chosen as the location for the shooting of several scenes of The Chronicles of Narnia, which take place in the capricious rock formations of Elephant Rocks (in the North Otago area of New Zealand). The name of the site is quite easy to explain: with some imagination, every limestone rock resembles a giant elephant. This landscape is close to the city of Duntroom, and is another of the country's little-known jewels!!!

Welcome to the challenge and thank you for your wonderful entry. Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement coming later on today. Have a great day. Tomas

A shot of the Bungle Bungle Range taken while hiking in the Purnululu National Park (Kimberley region, Western Australia). We spent the day hiking in the region and stayed in a campsite just outside the park for the night.

It's quite surprising that the Bungle Bungle range remained almost until 1982 when film-makers arrived and produced a documentary about the Kimberley.

Thank you so much for taking part in today's challenge. What a great contrubuition your entry is. I will be announcing winner later on today so stay tuned. Tomas

@czechglobalhosts I do not understand your appeal against plagiarism, you are the first to use often for not yours. "Moeraki Boulders at sunset, New Zealand. Source: Shutterstock, author: Khoroshunova Olga" Did you pay the author to use this photo?

A short-beaked echidna walks by looking for old logs and dead wood which hide their favorite insect prey. This photo was taken in Morialta Conservation Park just outside of Adelaide in South Australia a great place to see Australian wildlife.

G'day mates! :)

I was lucky enough to spend my exchange semester in Perth, Western Australia - so here's a night shot of the city from one of my photo tours there.

Hope you like it!

Hi everyone, here is my entry for the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday.
I was lucky to get this photo at feeding time at Hartley's Crocodile Adventures in Queensland, Australia. A great place, where you can see an array of wildlife and get close up to theirs amazing animals.

This photo is of the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne Australlia. This was a very unique and interesting memorial that paid respects to the men and women who fought and died in WWI. This monument grabbed my attention while I was there and had never seen a war monument quite like this before.

Thank you so much for taking part in the challenge and your entry. However, I am picking different images to go further at this time. Have a great day. Tomas

Nothing quite like hanging around at the end of the day, just to get a shot. OK...I lied...I stayed for the beer...took a picture. This shot was taken at Port Douglas in Australia. :)

Thank you so much for taking part in the challenge and your entry. However, I am picking different images to go further at this time. Have a great day. Tomas

i was a pity that on my entry you commented i need to use my own photo when it was in fact my own...how did you come into that conclusion that it wasn't mine?

Would you please tell me which day it was? I do have to screen the images as I do get illegitimate entries from time to time. Let me know so I can go back to it and check again. Thank you. Tomas

No worries, I found the entry. Accept my apologies, I made a mistake on this one. I got confused with the part that you mentioned sharing with another user... I got it now:)... Have a great day. Tomas
