Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total.
Please see the winners of the previous contests of the week and give them your support if you like their images to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge. You can vote for them by upvoting their winner announcement posts below:

@funtraveller Asian Sunday entry:
Hello @czechglobalhosts! This is the view of Marina Bay area in Singapore, a photo that I took while there's an incoming storm / heavy rain along my way. It's an uncommon scene and this serves as my entry to the Asian Sunday photo challenge.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Australian Monday week #28 – winner announcement!
@benfenson Australian Monday entry:
This is Kiama lighthouse on the NSW, Southcoast, taken during a violent thunderstorm at the start of this years storm season. My partner and i had originally walked out to the tip of the headland to photograph the storm coming in from the West but the storm was moving so quickly that by the time we had setup, bolts of lightning were exploding all around us prompting us to head for cover. Just before making it back to the car the wind and rain hit luckily my camera gear stayed dry!.... I didn't ;)

Sunset Baltic Sea coast, nearby Klaipeda, Lithuania. A big stone as center of a composition and long exposure to freeze the movement of the wave. The most difficult part is actually to stay with dry shoes :) Every time sea just tries to catch me, but have enough experience so far to predict bigger waves. Enjoy it!

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – African Wednesday week #28 – winner announcement!
@photofreediver African Wednesday entry:
I have no doubt that Sudan is one of the best places in the World for diving. Always warm Red Sea, an abundance of colorful corals and tropical fish make every dive striking and unforgettable. It's a place where every instant of water under water you want to leave in your memory and on the photographers, of course!

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – European Thursday week #28 – winner announcement!
@softa European Thursday entry:
Prague, Charles bridge. Charles bridge is one of the most visited monuments in Prague. One day when I set off to take pictures of the city center I noticed that the waterworks beneath the bridge are in the lower position. So I headed to the bridge where they were to see stones on the waterfront, which is not commonly seen.

The Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles is one of the crown jewels of the city and serves as home to the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra. It was designed by famed architect Frank Gehry and opened in 2003 to wide acclaim. But the building also brought some controversy. Some of the panels of this incredibly reflective building were heating up nearby condominiums and sidewalks to an unbearable degree. They found the offending panels and sanded them down to a matte finish.

Sometimes you just have to stop, catch your breath, and mumble wow. Standing on a set of snowshoes in the middle of a very frozen Maligne Lake is one of those moments. Its hard to convey the ruggedness and inhospitably of winter in the Canadian Rockies though a photo. I think this shot is the closest I have come to that.

Moving the Rock
This was taken at Enchanted Rock near Austin, Texas. He is a large granite upwelling that was underground at one time but due to erosion that took millions of years, it came to the surface. It is a great deal of fun to climb.

Here is a night time view of Chicago taken from the Hancock Center. You aren't allowed to take a tripod so I took a clamp up and clamped my camera to a rail to get the long exposure. I was kind of nervous to try it but nobody said anything.

I always loved the view from up there. If you don't mind me asking, did you use any sort of lens filter on your camera?
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

I don't actually remember if I used a filter. I may have used my polarizing filter to try to remove some of the glare from the window. I did have the lens pressed right up against the glass and even doing that I still had to remove some reflections in the sky.

Mirror Reflection
Cathedral Rock looks amazing, especially on a day like this when the quality of light is so perfect. Showing off a fine mirror reflection with a beautiful partly cloudy blue sky to compliment the scene. This is what Sedona Arizona USA visitors, come here to see.

Very striking stratigraphy that tells an epic story. That's awesome that you were able to find some water for a reflection picture. It's crazy to think that millions of years ago all of Arizona was underwater! Great job 👌

Yes there is a colorful geological history and some of the red rock dates back to 360 million years. Thanks for the comment.

This was taken after a long day exploring Soda Springs, one of man weird areas of Idaho! Tons of geothermal activity in the area so when we heard about this hot spring pool we had to go. And relaxing it was, we got a bunch of happy toes after a big day of walking :)

Nice picture Andy, the neon orange and yellow colors really give it that vegas feel. As someone who is still learning long exposure techniques, I was wondering, did you use an ND filter at all when taking this picture?

Sunrise clouds over the Rocky Mountains. Waking up early for sunrise photography was a new experience for me during this trip, but one that left me with no doubt that I would do it all over again. The light is simply magic, turning the landscape into something like out of a fairytale.

Here is one of the most recognizable cityscapes in the world. Of course it is Manhattan! I took this picture from a famous view point of Empire State Building. It was a cloudy October day and I waited a bit for a sun to lit a part of the center Manhattan. That cloudy sky and uneven lightning added to the perception of depth and space.

I simply love this photo! If you closely look at it, you will probably fall into late spring afternoon walk to the sand beach of Cape Cod Bay in North Truro, which is nearly on the tip of Cape Cod, where the shot was taken.

I took this picture over the past weekend during my trip to Las Vegas. This is a view from outside of the Venetian Hotel. There are gondola rides that start outside of the hotel, then the canal enters the inside of the hotel where it is decorated like the streets of Italy with street lamps, shops, and a painted sky across the ceiling. They usually have performers doing acts inside of the hotel as well. It is quite the place to visit while you are in Vegas.

Tulum Ruins, one of the most popular tourist attractions on the Riviera Maya, Mexico. There are bigger and most important ancient Mayan sites such as Chichen Itza and Coba but what makes Tulum special is the fact that right next to the ruins, there is a breathtakingly beautiful white sandy beach with turquoise crystal clear water :)

I took that picture at Times Square Manhattan NYC. Everyone who has been there know that it is areally colourful place with many flashing lights, hectic people and noisy traffic. So in contrast of that i choose to switch the coloured picture into a black and white one...

It was a beautiful sunny day, the air was fresh and the bisons were grazing on the grasslands of Yellowstone national park.
What you see is not snow but salt. When I saw it I didn't believe it, I must say that it was really amazing.

Nothing quite like a morning hike up Haling Peak. We couldn't have had a better day for it...no wind and perfect skies. You don't want to be trapped up here with weather. Look for the people in the photo to give you a sense of scale.
