7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday week #42 - winner announcement!

@jpphotography Asian Sunday entry:

Railay Beach Viewpoint, Thailand. Located near Krabi, Railay Beach is a popular spot for rock climbing. I do some rock climbing myself, but in Railay I went on a different kind of climbing trip when I scrambled up a small trail to reach this beautiful viewpoint - covered in mud.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday week #42 - winner announcement!

@bluebottlefilms Australian Monday entry:

It's whale season again across the south east coast of Australia. Keep an eye out for those spurts, especially around dawn. The low position of the sun makes the spurts glimmer on the surface during this time, making them much easier to see.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans week #42 - winner announcement!

@mata.lensa Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans entry:

The sea that surrounds the world has become an important role for all the living beings that exist on earth. Even the sea counted larger than the mainland. And below is the ocean located at the western tip of the island of Sumatra (Aceh). This area is also a silent witness to the Tsunami disaster in 2004 that destroyed Aceh and is now the best destination point in "Banda Aceh".

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday week #42 - winner announcement!

@extremejogging African Wednesday entry:

Hi Tomas. Long time now see. While I'm sitting here in the beautiful Victoria, Canada, I saw your post and missed my local trails! Here Deryck and I am exploring a single track high up in the Jonkershoek Valley, near Stellenbosch in South Africa. During spring time the typical plants of this area, called "fynbos", grow beautiful little flowers, as far as the eye can see! Keep exploring...

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - European Thursday week #42 - winner announcement!

@davedavis91 European Thursday entry:

Rome, Italy. A place filled with History, cultural heritage and great motives for cityscape photography. The Colosseum, probably the most famous of all the sights. Listening to all the incredible things that have happened inside the arena, I tried to capture the entire Building with the ultra wide angle. Not that easy. Did you know that they flooded the entire place to have dramatic sea-fights with ships and co. Show-business 2000 something years ago ;) (Nikon D5300 Sigma 8-16mm)

I took this photo two months ago right after I bought a new toy, a Lens Ball. The Capitol Records building is one of the most well known landmarks in Los Angeles. Designed to look like a stack of records, it was built in 1956 and continues to house Capitol Records to this day. When I posted this photo on Instagram, I was lucky enough to have Capitol Records feature it on their page!

I can see why! Very interesting capture.

Panoramic b&w view of southern Manhattan from the Brooklyn Bridge. Started in 1869 and completed fourteen years later in 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge is one of the most iconic landmarks of New York City, connecting the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn while spanning the East River.

Incredible shot!

Fabulous shot. Thank you for your participation.

Nightlife in the New York City! You can see also the river Hudson and New Jersey. This photo was taken at The Empire State Building, which is a 102-storey Art deco building located at Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street.
Ahoj!

NYC 8 02

That sure is a busy city:)......

It is, you can hear the noise of the city even from the top of those scycrapers!

Inca Temple in Chichen Itza, Yucatan

Historians believe that Chichen Itza was an important city in the Incan empire in the 8th to 11th century. Apart from the world-famous Kukulcan pyramid, the Inca ruins of Chichen Itza are home to many smaller buildings such as this one.

Niagara Falls from above
I took this picture on my travel through Canada. I really wanted to get another view from the falls as i have seen pictures from all different angles already.. So i ended up taking a helicopter and got this shot :)

What an experience that must have been. I am jealous.

Thanks @czechglobalhosts! Yeah it was awesome man!!

The Grandest Canyon

The Grand Canyon is one of the most amazing, beautiful places you will ever see!
This wonderful image was captured from the north rim and shows a native juniper tree in front of an expansive colorful canyon with marvelous vistas beyond. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is located in Arizona USA.

What an incredible image and destination.

Entering Time Square is like sliding into another dimension, it will blow your mind! The most shining part of New York City is going to turn you into a thirsty moth in a garden of light!

Location: Manhattan, New York.

What a fascinating city New York is.

Death_10.jpg
Zabriskie Point
One of the most famous motif of the Death Valley is the Zabriskie Point. The view of this bizarre erosion landscape is especially popular at sunrise and sunset.

Very interesting landscape. Thank you so much for sharing with everyone.

The Golden Nugget is one of the iconic hotel that we can admire in Las Vegas, USA. The Old Vegas is not as popular with tourists than the New Vegas, but we can still admire the origin of the city and it is worth it to spend a day.

It has definitely not lost on its charm and beauty.

Badlands National Park in South Dakota is a pretty amazing place. It is rough and rugged and doesn't seem particularly hospitable, but it is home to a rich fauna such as bighorn sheep, bison, bobcats, coyotes, elk, deer and many other species. The layers apparent in the rock tell of millennia of geological history.

Oh yeah, it sure looks amazing!

Photo of the reflection of the upper part of the Empire State Building on a pond. I took this photo after a summer rain, that produced this pond on the street. The Empire State is one of the most iconic skyscraper of Manhattan, it was the highest building of the world for more than 30 years.

The Statue of Liberty at the shinning Hudson River

This picture was taken from the "orange" ferry, which takes you for free from downtown Manhattan to the Staten Island and back, from where you can always appreciate The Statue of Liberty at the shinning Hudson River.
