WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great weekend. As usually, feel free to submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words. I will then go through your submissions and upvote those that meet the requirements. Let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

However, I am really happy to inform you that the situation has got much better lately as the number of stolen images submitted in the challenge has been decreasing significantly in the recent days and weeks. Fighting plagiarism and other types of unfair behavior should be one of our priorities here on Steemit as it is crucial for healthy development and growth of the platform.

Thank you so much for your cooperation. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

St. George’s Basilica at Prague Castle
St. George’s Basilica is the oldest churches that survived inside the Prague Castle. It was founded back in 920. Actually it burned down and was rebuild in 1142. The original building shows a Romanesque style. Later on the Baroque façade was added in the 17th century.
Today's purpose are the hosting of art exhibitions and concerts.

Prague has beautiful nature and scenic features.

Photo of the Neo Renaissance style building that holds the Smetana Museum. Formerly this building housed the Prague Water Company. It can be seen it is on the shores of the Vltava river and next from the Charles Bridge, form where this photo was taken. At the background these is the building of the National Theater.

This is me at the Kutna Hora train station (photo taken by my wife Riana). If you ever get to stay in Prague for a number of days, do yourself a favour and do a day trip to Kutna Hora. Not only is it the home of the famous bone church, but the silver mine and Lego museum are fun to visit and the small town architecture fairly awesome!

Silhoutte of the Castle Bezdez, a beautiful Gothic castle located in Northern Czech Republic, just outside the Macha Lake, a popular holiday resort. Founded in the 13th century, the castle is shrouded in numerous myths and legends. I took this shot in May 2015.

Prague main railway station - is the largest passenger railway station in the Czech Republic and also the most important railway station in Prague. It handles thousand passengers daily. On this photo is main Station looking from Španělská ulice. I took this photo in September 2014.

This photo was taken inside Main Post Office in Prague (Jindřišská str. 14). It's a Neo-Renaissance building built between 1871-1874. Inside the building it is prohibited to take photos. In the background, you can see two guards in white shirts that look at me. In a few seconds they will come up to me and forbid taking pictures.

Old castle entrance gate. Castle guards standing at this entrance. Nice to see that. Something simbolic for visitors to see. We can enter the first couryard from here. We can see the whole Prague from the castle walkway on the south side. Parliament.jpeg

The city of Kutna Hora. From Prague to Kutna, the mountains are only 66 kilometers away, you can get there by train. The city has gained worldwide fame due to silver reserves, found here in the 13th century. Silver mines have caused the formation of the first mountain villages, which then merged into one city.

Kutná Hora

An amazing church view on a cold November day in Prague, I did adore this city and wanna visit again when I get the chance :)

Hope you all enjoyed the pictures. :) I do post other pictures I have taken on my blog if you want to check them out.

Also Tomas if it isn't okay to promote my blog in my comments let me know and it won't happen again. :) Just thought it was a good opportunity to possibly let people know I post frequently in my blog.

No probs! I am here to help guys like you!

This picture was taken at Prague station. We were traveling around Europe by train so we love to look how how each station differs from each other. Prague's station had a really high ceiling and glass all over. I love stations that are open so when you arrive to the city, you can already see what you will be visiting.

In front of the parliament building in Prague are these tiny huts. The huts are guarded by men in blue costumes. This guy in the brown shorts approaching from the right, what is he up to? Will this turn out well for him?

This a panoramic picture taken from the National Monument on Vitkov. This hill in Zizkov (Prague 3) is a good spot to have a good view of Prague (mainly Prague 3). Moreover, the monument is really huge and it is worth to visit it (even with the climbing walk).

no doubt that some of those who participated used fake images because some photos look like unrealistic. I am happy that fake photos are declining now.

Anyway I remember few weeks ago that you are visiting a friend here in the Philippines? did things went well? I even remember you from 68 reputions back then.. wow you are now at 70.. I am happy for you... Happy New Year.

Thanks ever so much! Same to you. Yes, I am currently in Manila going to Palawan El Nido in few days. Have a great time over here.

Manila is too busy.. Good thing that you choose El nido Palawan. Things will be different from there because it is like paradise for others. I just hope that the weather will be sunny day when your there. Enjoy your stay in the Philippines. it is better to use grab o uber when commuting than taxi.

Check back on Thursday for my 7 World`s Continents Photo Challenge where you can submit images from Europe. Tomas

thank you @czech , I would love to participate in your contests :)

Overlooking the city of Prague from the lower walls of the castle. There were street vendors and performers all around. The views were incredible and showed the red rooftops that cover the landscape.
