WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @risengwynbleiid:

Today I have an entry from Krkonose. The Krkonose Mountains are located in the north of the Czech Republic. Also the highest mountain Snezka - 1,603 meters is located there. There are famous ski resorts in Czech Republic: Pec po Snezkou or Spindleruv Mlyn.

Today I have an entry from Velka Amerika. It is a limestone quarry in the municipality of Mořina. Quarry is officially closed to the public, but from time to time you can get there. This place was used as a set for Tv show - Britannia. You can see this series on HBO GO

That sure is a great place!

This is actually an amazing place, let's feature if in today's edition:)... Tomas

A lake view under the mountains beautifull

Finally back after taking a few days off for Chinese New Year! We were backpacking around Europe and we took the train into Prague and during our journey, saw some some great views of the countryside of Czech Republic. Its just like what you see on the travel brochures with us looking out the window with a sea of nice green grass

Prague is the 11th best destination in Europe for 2018.
That´s amazing! So maybe that´s why the number of tourists arriving in Prague is constantly increasing. Everyone loves the this beautiful view of Hradčany!

IMG_20160829_200529.jpg

Great pic! And of course, the view is to die for:)....

Photo of the National Theater at Prague. It is an interesting building in Neo-Renaissance style. It was built during the second half of the XIX century. While I was in Prague, there were works on one of its façade.

Picturesque landscape of Bohemian Switzerland (also known as Czech Switzerland) as seen from a ferry going from the Czech town of Decin to the German city of Dresden. Bohemian Switzerland is famous for beautiful nature and majestic sandstone hills found on both sides of the River Elbe. It is also one of four Czech national parks.

The main central railway station of Prague - Hlavní Nádraží - is a major and important railway junction of Czech Republick.

For me, this building is also a landmark city as Wenceslas Square. In addition, the building can be attributed to the architectural sights of the city. The building was opened in 1871. And exactly from this station I started my trip to Moravia with my family, where we spent a wonderful weekend!

I think this building was by where I was staying in prague. I don't actually remember though. If it was across the street that means it was near Sparta Stadium. The harsh sun is due to the sun setting. Nice golden hour pictures are awesome.

This is Prague covered by snow and you can see the famous Charles Bridge full of people in the foreground. I actually took this photo a couple years ago when I lived in Prague (I am from Prague, but currently living in Asia).

Thats what I call winter wonderland;) @gmt117

Thank you! Prague covered in snow is truly beautiful.

Great picture! Love it!

Thank you!

Prague is definitely one of the most picturesque cities in the world. Even in bad weather conditions, the city offers some amazing views. I was lucky to capture a large rainbow over Charles Bridge and the historic center on one of my days in Prague.

Usually we see the astronomical clock from the street. Here is a photograph behind the scenes, when the characters are taking a break before the next go-round to delight snap-happy tourists.

That's wonderful! You are right, I do not get many of those:)

The small city named Lednice, which is located in south of Moravia has this beatiful piece of architecture. It is a castle and it is well known for hosting weddings... I mean I can see why, it is absolutely gorgeous! I was lucky that day and had the opportunity to take this photo with these awesome looking clouds. I recommend visiting this place, it is like from a fairytale! :)

This photo is super fresh because I took it this week in Brno 😊 This picture captures Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord (Kostel Nejsvetejsiho srdce Pane). Church is located in Husovice (part of Brno). It was built in 1906-1910. I am not religious person, but I can appreciate an amazing piece of architecture. I have never been inside, so unfortunately I can not describe it more closely.

Today they have posted many beautiful photos, this is mine. The Prague Castle seen from the riverbank on a sunny spring day. Prague Castle is one of the great tourist attractions of the city of Prague. It is a small citadel formed by a set of palaces connected by courtyards and small streets built on a hill. The Prague people proudly declare that it is the largest ancient castle in the world.

So is yours! Tomas

Fortoday, i will try something different than the previous days. It's not The typical view of the city panorama, but in the background you can see the Church of Emausy, which was during World War II destroyed. In its place were built Concrete Towers. I chose as foreground a fishing boat, which are along the banks of the wider center, are tens.

Greetings to all my friends of steemit, this is my entry to this spectacular challenge. I share this photo, a nice memory of my trip to Prague, in 2011, where I had the privilege of walking through the Old Town Square with my daughter, I hope you like it!

Looks like you had a great time ladies!

Prague. Charles Bridge from the height of one of its towers. The photo was taken during my first visit to Prague, in the summer of 2017. The entrance to the tower costs 100 CZK. This year I visited Prague two more times - in the autumn and in the winter. Always the number of people on the Charles Bridge was amazing.

Kampa Park in Prague

Kampa Park is a green oasis of peace and tranquility that presides over the eastern banks of the Vltava River. It is one of the most romantic and picturesque places in the city. Grassy areas of the island are widely used for picnics and relaxation. The whole year round the park is used for various festivities and external exhibitions.

Hello everyone!
I've been to Prague many times till today and I have to admit that the city is a-ma-zing-ly beautiful but what about the souvenir shops in Prague? Aren't they as amazing as the city? The many postcards, two little snow globes and a little Prague magnet I bought there teleport me to my Prague memories whenever I have a look at them. Below you see another souvenir shop I saw in the city center. I didn't buy anything from this shop but the colourful souvenir items they presented there were as beautiful as Prague itself.

Love looking through all these. Wish I had not lost all my photos of the place. It has been over 15 years, but I still remember how the streets of Prague spoke to my soul. I went to a giant concert/rave with Bjork and other artists, visited some lovely castles and a church made of human bones. I also ate some of the most delicious food I had ever tasted; it was inexpensive then and I could afford some of the more upscale places. The architecture there....just magnificent. I remember just wandering around with my little sketchbook and drawing happily.

I did have some issues; the first hostel I stayed at had a naked man running around who kept trying to get in the shower with me. When I got out my little translation book and tried to explain at the desk, they handed me a towel.

In the second hostel...I just deleted what i said...why remember the negative?

Snow on plants very cooltest view

Postingan yang luar biasa

Hi, everyone. Today I share this nice picture of a ride in the traditional horse-drawn carriages in the Old Town Square in Prague. With my daughter and her aunt, I hope you like it.
