When having a morning coffee in a location like this it is easy to become a bit philosophical. Each time of the day is so different. The tempo is different, the light is different, people are different and our mood changes.
The fact is that we are physically different each day, we are taller in the mornings and we weigh less. Our hormones are different our cells have changed our neurons in the brain have changed a little bit too. One could literally say that we start each new day as a new person .
With this is mind we should treat each day as a new opportunity to shape ourselves to become who we are. So today as I am sitting here eating breakfast with this magnificent view I ask myself - who I want to be today.? The answer is i want to be better then yesterday, more attentive to my wife, try to smile more, make sure to not let the time sift too swiftly through my fingers!
Asking ourselves this each day in the morning I think can help us to each new day be the new you that you want to be. So my question to you is; who do you want to be today ?
