An Amazing Trip - The Underground Salt Cathedral of Poland - A Photo Story

in travel •  7 years ago

If you are going to Poland you have to visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine. It's something you will remember for the rest of your life. The mine is around 800 years old, it reaches a depth of 327 meters and is over a stunning 287 kilometres long.

It's close to Krakow, and there are daily bus routes. Here are some of my photos from my trip. Are you ready to go down in the rabbit hole?

I am a Catholic and I like it!

Wow! Really great pictures!

Totally mind boggling! Will be in Szczyrk in early September and definitely have to find out, if I can go there!

Thanks a lot for sharing!
