Passing a bridge on the way to airport
We had a lot of spare coins and decided to spend them on this egg tart shop
It costs 10 Hongkong Dollar each or 55 Hongkong Dollar for a box of 6. I asked if the cashier wouldn't mind all coins, and he was very nice, he offered to exchange all my other coins to notes.
The egg tarts were very yummy. Different taste from the Macao one, maybe this is Hong Kong style
We used Cathay Pacific. And on the newer planes airbus A350 there is wifi
Food was nice as usual on Cathay

Thank you dim753. This Hongkong style is more common sweet taste as usually in dim sum restaurant. Macao one has some cheese taste in it but also yummy. Both taste more like cakes than eggs

Plane food looks really good. I was watching a video on HK youth the other day. Some people are fed up with high rising apartment prices. Pretty cool you can be steeming with Cathay... just like that rice ;)

Hey, you're really living the good life if you're getting ice cream on planes. I think the best I've gotten was a Toblerone bar. Ha ha. You must fly different airlines than I do. :)

Love all the food that you have shared in pictures - much better than: 🌭 🌮 🍔 although I wondered if you had a chance to have the yummy tropical fruits. 🍉 🍍They don't have the one's I have in mind. But, think of it, you have the tropical fruits at home and maybe even better. 😎 😏

"chop suey" is not Chinese food and for Chinese, it is not real food. Sorry to point it out!
"Chop" means cut up, and "suey" means pieces - "chop suey" means left over scraps - legend has it an american went into a restaurant many years ago and wanting to have some food and the restaurant was closed or closing and there were only scraps and upon customer insisting, the scraps were made into a dish and when asked what it was, the "chop suey" term was coined.
