Mysterious ancient city in the mountains of the North Caucasus. Russia. Part 1.

A huge tree blocked our way to the mysterious ancient city in the mountains. All a few people from the big land were there. We wanted to be among them. I saw this city only in pictures in one scientific journal. Pages that have turned yellow from damp.

I remembered three days ago the aborigines were talking about a strong hurricane.

I very much regretted that I did not learn the local incomprehensible language. We walked along the mountain paths for a very long time. Feet are tired. The body ached.

At the general meeting, we decided to make a rest. The men made fires, the women cooked food. This reminded the life of ancient people.

A group of tourists at night should be protected from wild animals. Seven strong men were camp guards. Tomorrow we will overcome all difficulties and be happy. We must hold out the night.
