I just saw that I forgot to describe one more day in Christchurch :). This day was rainy and we were only in the evening walk on the beach. Here are some photos from this walk. The sunset was beautiful.
Day 29 Road to Napier
Welcome Napier - a city from the 1930s
Unique concentration of 1930s Art Deco architecture, built after much of the city was razed in the 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake.
A few minutes to admire the sunset and time to go to National Park.
