But real tip is that you do not have to be a student to get it. The trick is that one should to apply to be a student on university/college and as soon as one as admited and given univeristy/college student card then can use it to apply for ISIC card. Continuation of studing is not nescesery as ISIC card is valid for 1,5 year depends when one got it. The procedure can be repeted succesfully.
For me personaly that ISIC system is some kind of big scam approved by governments and insurance companies but it can be just my opinion but why not use it. The reason I believe it so is that you HAVE TO agree according to their inside law to allow them to use your personal data and you can not refuse which I think could be opportunity to get some compensation if one has good lawyer and crazy justice system like for example in US.

In today's world nothing is clear anymore. Honest people usually are exploited by crookes , ruling class instead of protect and help usually abuse their power, it is sad but it seems that universal rule " good is good" is lost the most recent one I would say is " just don't be bad " . But still one can always aim to reach one's own perfection and create happy enviroment around with posivtive persons ,situations and relations.
Lesson is if you play with crookes fair rules are no longer of use . Unless you start play according their rules you can not outsmart them. But after play there is no need to use croocked rules just because you can, fair rules are still in use with honest people.
Anyway next topic will be safty during travel and how to go along local laws during caring some protective stuff I will cover aspect well so even severe UK laws where knives seems so dangerous that they are rastricted as well as guns, screwdrivers, peppersprays ,teasers , dog ,cats and tosters :-D can be loopholed.
