Day 2, Paris

in travel •  8 years ago

So today was the day of Disney Land Paris. Having been to the Paris when I was a lot younger I hardly remembered anything, just what my parents had told me as it was over 13 years ago I came. Within the last 10 years however I have been to the Floridian Park, which in my opinion is 1000% better. I know a lot of people will say I'm lying because America is a lot better in some peoples eyes than others, but in all honestly the Floridian park is so much better. For a start their Magic Kingdom has a lot more rides and entertainment for all to enjoy. There are also different parks at Florida whereas with the Paris park there are 2 small parks right next to each other. Florida has many perks one of which is the water parks, with the heat of Florida throughout the year these are the best parks to visit during the blazing hot sun. Paris doesn't offer this, nor does it offer Universal Studios. I was a little disappointed with the Disney Land Paris park but I think if you are going for a first then it might excite you, but going from a trip to Florida where I can remember what it was all like then going to Paris is a bit of a shock to the system. It did have a couple of rides, which I knew and liked. The hollywood Tower Hotel is my favourite, all that adrenaline inside the body as you get dropped 13 floors is amazing. This was the highlight of the trip today as well as the Rockin' Roller Coaster, however I did notice that the introductory part of what the ride is about is MISSING. I think this plays a crucial part in getting the guests into the right frame of mind to enjoy the ride even further.
As I head off to bed I look forward to having around 10 hours sleep and the adventures of tomorrow. As I am leaving tomorrow the blog may be short and boring, but I hope you have enjoyed reading the blogs of my adventure. Even if it was a small one. I start my new adventure on Friday when I move into university. Stayed tuned for what I get up to.
