Gorgeous hike you must do if you are visiting Washington

The temperature in Washington is reaching 90°F (32°C) these days, but that doesn't stop us from hiking. Yesterday, we (me and @lukaskonecny) went to Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument to hike up to Harry's Ridge. We didn't know what to expect since we didn't find many pictures of this hike online.

The hike named for the lovable curmudgeon who refused to leave his homestead when St. Helens was on the brink of erupting. Harry’s Ridge is just 8.2 miles long, and you get just about 970 ft. It would be easy for a cool day, but today it was a little bit challenging with the heat. It was worth it. The view offers a spectacular panorama of the restless giant, still smoking and belching occasionally Mt. St. Helens.
