I was in Cape Town a couple weeks ago, I should have taken my wife there. 😔 I have never had sushi made by a sushi master before. Looks amazing. But honestly, is mido soup really that good or is it an acquired taste?

    I suppose it's an acquired taste, but when done right it is sooo good. Even the ones you can get from a regular take out are not bad.

    It's made from miso paste which is all pretty much of a muchness. Papa Sans miso has soft tofu and fresh veggies so that makes it all the better
