Uppsala

As said we also visited Uppsala while having our adventure in Swedish midsummer, I’ve been in Uppsala several times so there was nothing too new for me. I like the city because of it’s architecture and the fact that it is super green! There is endless amounts of beautiful parks and little forests in middle of city. It was a little hard for me to concentrate while being in Uppsala because I got a phone call that insinuated that there is a job offer on the table. So because I’m such a little stress monster I was thinking of it and how do I feel about it the whole time.

When I finally made the phone call to actually hear what they had to offer I have to say there is somewhat blanc spot in my memory. I have no idea where have I walked and so on. I didn’t take photos and I was in my own mind for an hour? Maybe. My friend who was also our guide had kidnapped my camera meanwhile and he had played a little paparazzi. Gotta love that posture….

Uppsala is the university city of Sweden and the University of Uppsala has been there from 1477 it is also the first university in Scandinavia. Not dumbasses there. Uppsala is also there religious center of Sweden and not just because of the archbishop of Sweden sits there. But it also was the main pagan centre of Sweden and there was some serious idealization of Norse gods. Of course there is religion and science in same city. In peace and harmony?
