Day 2 was nothing much as need to rush back to KL by noon. Thankfully the Airbnb is a hotel & suite and the provide free breakfasts for 3! Chose this Airbnb on purpose as we are traveling with a baby, convenience is really something you cherish.
Anyway, this area has some fancy shops. Pastry, coffee, toasts and all... will definitely come back and check them out. Heard this place called Kapitan which is next to The Alley is pretty legit too.
They serve the usual simple breakfast like cereal & milk, toast, eggs of your choice, roti jala, congee, big breakfast stuffs, fried noodle, local kuih, fruits and some weird food that is meant to be lunch (to me).
Cereal, eggs and toast are like my favorite combo for breakfast. I seriously don't get how people eat mee goreng in the morning. It's so damn OILY! How do you even digest that?
Anyway, the night before we noticed we were staying so close by to this very famous Taiwanese bubble tea shop called The Alley. We stopped by before we departed to KL.
The Alley
Tried their best seller, it was... alright.
Will definitely plan another weekend getaway and stay around this area.
