Circular trip. Ilyinsko-Podomskoye

Introduction.

What to do on weekends and holidays? You can devote time to home affairs and family, and while there are no children, you can take your wife with you and go on a short trip. Why is the route called "circular"? Honestly, I did not find another name to this trip. Look at the picture and you will understand.

The route lay through three regions (states): Vologda, Arkhangelsk and Kirov. I wanted to see a few ancient places. The first on the way was the village of Ilyinsko-Podomskoye.

The village is very large, in which the infrastructure is well developed. It is located on the bank of the river Viled, on a high hill.
The very first thing we went to see is a foot bridge.

Everything "revolves" around these attractions.

In fact, there is much to see, but time is limited.

So you want to throw a pebble in from the bridge into the water, but winter...

Several species from afar. It is evident at what altitude the upper houses stand. We drove there by car, but we could not take a picture of it (we searched poorly and hurried on to continue our trip along the route).

I'll tell you so: in the winter it's bad to travel because you want to return to the same place only in the summer! Here I again want to study the Ilyinsko-Podomskoye in more detail in the summer, because I see the potential (many ancient buildings, the river, elevations).

But in winter, everywhere there are good roads and winter roads - this is the main plus of traveling at this time of year. We leave further along the route.
