Krasavino after snowstorm

in travel •  7 years ago

Krasavino is a small city in the Northeast of the Vologda region with a lot of spruce, hills and private houses.

From the highest hill, you can see the private sector, where the houses look like toys. This is not the only place you can look down on the city, but here it is most interesting.

The new Canon 100-400L telephoto lens enhances this effect! In the distance, a water intake station on the bank of the Nothern Dvina River is visible.

About 10 years ago, the houses were all the same, but now many have redone the roof or rebuilt anew the house.

But for the most part, the same type has survived.

This neighborhood is called Maletino.

Well, how can you not go to your favorite Hillfort? I drove, frankly, with difficulty - the roads are all covered up and poorly cleaned. On the streets there is not a soul...only a local dog came out to greet me.

Grandma's house is still standing. Snowdrifts up to the waist.

Snowstorms and snowfalls, which have not stopped for several days, make themselves felt.

But the spruce are not as snow-covered as I would like - It need sticky snow.

amazing beauty :)

All that snow gives a different aspect to all the houses. I actually like it.

Btw don't you think it's the cold keeping people indoors? :)
