Travel notes about Sukhonsky tract. Levash

in travel •  5 years ago

Levash is a village in the Nyuksensky district of the Vologda region. It is part of the Vostrovsky rural settlement. The distance by road to the district center of the village of Nyuksenitsa is 62 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Vostroe - 7 km. The name of the village comes from the name of the Levash River, and already its name goes back to the Finno-Ugric past: the toponym refers to the Meryansky group. Communication with the Mari language “levash” means “shed, forest hut” - is quite possible, a similar word was in the language of Mari.

The village of Levash is slightly larger than Matveevo. There are shops, a school, a kindergarten, a post office.

And there are many more people living here. The village also stands on the bank of Sukhona river.

Like in Matveevo, I was already in the village of Levash, but something then did not allow me to take pictures. Perhaps then I went hunting for beautiful landscapes, but such villages do not have the necessary views.

These two villages were stockpiled for reportage pictures.

Here is just such a place that has the ability to shoot in a different genre.

And the working conditions are also nagging. And I'm just glad. You won’t be full of landscapes alone!

During such trips you can feel the crack of burning firewood and the heat of the stove.

Village life is always perceived kindly.

Many images correspond to reality. There was a strange phrase now. But can it not correspond? Yes, if this is a staged photo.

But I have not been doing this for a very long time. Although this is a separate topic, what is the staged photo and what is not. About it somehow another time, at least not here.

Now you need to look at the photos and try to penetrate the energy of the place.

And the fact that there are no bad places - I realized this not very long ago.
