 Beautiful Napa Valley

The Napa Valley Wine Country of Northern California is magnificent. Come celebrate with lots of entertainment options, excellent cheeses, and the best wine around. Rolling lush hills and sweet grape vines are waiting. The mild Mediterranean climate is home to some of the sweetest grape vines in the world. Small wineries dot the landscape, with free wine tasting in many places. This is a land of sunshine and excellent wine. Come on now, join us at the vineyard for a day of fun.

Sauvignon Blanc at Castello di Amorosa

At the top of the to-do list of every Napa Valley adventurer is wine tasting. The possible tours are endless with a bucket load of options. The exciting wine tasting tours allow you to taste and only come home with your favorite wine of the day. The Napa Valley Wineries know that if you taste, you will want to come back for more. What a fun way to learn your different California Specialty Wines!

Napa Valley Wine Tasting Tour & Vineyard Lunch

The Napa Valley Wine Tasting Tour is an all day excursion which begins by getting picked up from your Napa Valley Motel. You will enjoy the lush rolling hills and beautiful grape vines chatting with your tour companions over a glass of champagne. Your tour guide will share the secrets of the Napa Valley as you are driven in a luxurious climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter limousine.

You will spend a delightful day visiting 4 boutique estates, tasting the various wines of each winery. At mid-day your guide will set up a fantastic “farm-to-table lunch either outside or in a wine cellar. This is a delicious artisan lunch provided by the Girl & Fig Restaurant.

When your wine tasting experience comes to a close, you will be dropped back off at your motel to experience a pleasant evening. Tours are available in the towns of  Napa, American Canyon, Yountville, Rutherford, St. Helena, and Calistoga. You can book your wine-tasting excursion through your hotel or online.

Beautiful pictures and a great overview of the Northern California wine tasting seen. Sometimes I don't think California wine gets the credit and should get, living in Denver Colorado are closest Vineyard is in Grand Junction three hours away in the wind is nowhere as good as California wines . When I shop I'd like to buy things made in the USA to support our economy and this is a fun way to do that thanks for sharing @briandenver

Wow, I love the valley, it´s lush and so green.. it reminds me of Wachau region not far away from Vienna.... where they also have the vineyards and apricot trees along the Danube River.
Napa Valley , is the opposite of the areas where the wind turbines are located on the way to Sacramento... I can still see the thousands of those windmills and I´m not sure whether I like what i saw back then. Thanks for sharing this post. Thanks for the SBD gift , got it today!

Beautiful place!

excellent photo

Nappa Valley is indeed beautiful

Napa is one of the best long weekend vacations that you can take in the U.S.
There is so much good, wine, food, art and architecture that even if you are not a huge wine drinker it is still a lot of fun. If you want to see a collection of photos from Castello de Amarosa, check out a post I did several weeks back. The castle of love is a very cool place to visit.
