The New Brunswick area of Canada has tremendous amount of tourism possibilities, and for those with an adventurist spirit. One can drive, take ferries, and explore the many roadways in just one day just from Maine. With more time off you can explore the many islands, rivers, and lakes while hiking or fishing along the way. Camping is readily available, and passes can help keep costs down. So consider exploring this area of Canada the next time you are in the area of North Maine.

Getting to this area can take some time, but the trip is well worth it. The international bridge connecting the two countries keeps everything simple.

There is a lighthouse on the New Brunswick side helping to keep all of the fisherman off the rocky shoreline.

Fishing is a major economic sector on both sides here, and they have built up infrastructure to help protect themselves from the elements of nature.

This is making me so jealous I've always wanted to go to Canada I went to Oz then NZ then the plan was Canada but then I met a girl. Oh well hopefully I will get there one day. I upvoted and followed as the pictures are amazing have a great day.

The scenery is absolutely stunning scenery from there to Canada. It is one of the only ways I haven't crossed over. So, take me with you !! I look forward to it! One of the prettiest places on earth!

I take the car ferry a lot from Cape May to Lewes, Delaware and the one from Connecticut to Long Island. They are such a fun part of the adventure!!! I will be sure to remember they have one there!! Thank you for taking us along with you. Most awesome trips! As an aside, I went to the Mother Earth News Fair in PA this weekend, super cool for the homestreader or DIY person.
