California, a roadtrip with friends. | PART 3 |

Hi, Fefein here again and this is PART 3 of our amazing road trip through CALIFORNIA.

if you want to check the places we have been and the highways/routes we took you can take a look to our route map right here → check out this custom My maps (thanks google)

We started our trip in LOS ANGELES , huge caos city with a bunch of things to do, then we drove to LAS VEGAS where you can of course, party like an animal for a few days. After that event we moved forward into the wild to YOSEMITE PARK where the nature blowed our minds for a while. Later that day we drove west to the incredible city of SAN FRANCISCO followed by the majestic sights of the #1 Highway in California CABRILLO HWY down to LOS ANGELES again to complete our round trip.

Roadtrip to Yosemite Park

The day we arrived. Eating a sandwich by the river, sadly we didn't see any bears around.

Awesome place. A must visit for sure, but getting there from Vegas is not that pleasant trip if you are planning to do it without stopping or in summer like us.

We finished shopping at the Las Vegas Premium Outlet and started the journey towards Yosemite, of course we wanted to know Death Valley so we took that route that drives you through the middle of the valley and let me tell you, it is really worth it.

Death Valley

@nachinsen & @frannco at the death valley desert. 122°F

Death Valley is a desert valley located in Eastern California. It is one of the HOTTEST PLACES IN THE WORLD at the height of summertime along with deserts in Africa and in the Middle East Source: Wikipedia
And it really is hot, we where at the middle of the summer and our SUV temp sensor displayed 122°F !!
The SUV struggled to change gears due to the temperature of the internals so we have to stop for a while to warm it down.

We drove a lot and stopped to sleep at Bishop there's nothing here really, just a little town with cheap acommodation like the place we stayed

The next morning we arrived to Lee Vinning (where Mono Lake is), a place next to the entrance to Yosemite Park

Your really have tons of things to do there, I recommend you to stay at least 1 night to explore the place. Be careful with the bears, there are signs everywhere to warn you.
