This is part 4 of the series WHERE IN PHUKET? Blog by Blog a want to introduce you to the different beaches and places here in Phuket and tell you my opinion on them. Hope you guys like it.
Today Nai Harn Beach
Calm and quiet, Nai Harn is one of the most popular places of the locals. This is mainly because, in a narrow bay lined with mountains, there is not much room for too many hotels. The geography offers visitors a good selection of small beaches and coves like Ya Nui and Ao Sane. Nai Harn especially popular with sailors, snorkelers and divers. The area is quiet and peaceful with some good local restaurants but very few shops or attractions, aside from the magnificent views from Promthep Cape and Windmill Hill lookout. Nai Harn Beach is therefore the best place to spend a relaxing break in nature without being completely isolated.
For whom is Nai Harn the right one?
Beach and nature lovers
People who like surfing, diving or snorkeling
What is positive?
Three beaches and a lagoon
Snorkeling and diving
Calm environment
What is negative?
Very few shops
Hardly any nightlife
May to November, the sea is often very rough
See you soon for the next one. Have a nice day everyone. Greetings from Phuket
I was in Rawai earlier this year. Nai Harn beach is amazing. Very quiet. Not busy at all. We had a morning walk every day from Navatara Hotel and Phuket fit to Promthep Cape, walking through Nai Harn beach, Ya Nui beach ( a very small beach) in order to get to Promthep cape. Its an idyllic place.
