Lapland: Roasting sausages in an open fire.

in travel •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hejsan!

Today I slept too late. Perhaps it was the long drive that made me tired. Anyway, today we visited Luosto and I got some nice reindeer photos before a thunderstorm caught us.

After coming back, and having a nap we set up the sauna and roasted some sausages.

Here's mine:

Next we'll go and have a good sauna and a beer. ;)

@gamer00,
Wow it might be a great moment of course! You reminds me one of my great vacation experience through this photography! Enjoy well Jaro!

Cheers~

Ahhhh! Does it get any better than this? We used to have a sauna house on our house on the Canadian border. It was heavily populated by Fins, so saunas were a necessity with each house. I wish you could have seen my face when my neighbor told me that I needed to roll in the snow to cool off.

Turns out, he was right. Nothing beats a great sauna unless a beer is included with that. Have a great time and take lots of pictures!

have a good sauna and a beer. ;)

This is so perfect. Enjoy the sauna and the beer.

They're the best when they're cooked over a campfire. I don't know exactly what makes them so much better, but they're the best!

How beautiful, I love roasting salsichas outdoors with firewood and a beer next to share with your friends, they seem like a vacation

Glad to see you enjoying your journey! Have a good day

"Today I slept too late. "

My days begin like this but I am glad to say that they only improve from there. Good to know that your day is on the track to becoming a great day as well :-)

I mean food and sauna could actually be the definition of luxury. Then if the crypto markets are looking good on top of that, then we can officially convert this 'great day' into an 'epic day' :-)

Holidays as a Scout, I really like that you are having a great time in those trips you are doing. let's wait for the photos of the reindeer ..
