Looking back at some old photos in the pre-Covid travelling days, the differences are staggering. A very busy Mo-Chit bus station which is now deserted as buses are almost all cancelled and a trip over to Laos for a visa run and the last time, I was in that beautiful country back in 2018.
So sad :-(
It's a long way from Bangkok to Mukdahan and then over the bridge to Laos but its beautiful in quiet, sleepy Savannakhét by the Mekong river.
