From Tokyo's confounding skyscrapes and head-turning nightlife to the staggering sanctuaries of Kyoto, you'll never be shy of things to do in Japan. It's been my adolescence dream to visit this wonderful nation (I'm certain those of you who grew up watching Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball can relate!) and when it at last materialized, it exited me needing for additional!
It's difficult to encounter everything that Japan brings to the table in one excursion, so I set up together a rundown of probably the most energizing Japanese encounters to kick you off.
1. Visit Mnt Fuji duirng the Shibazakura Festival
Your outing to Mnt Fuji won't be finished in the event that you don't visit amid the Shibazakura Festival when a huge number of pink shibazakura blooms bloom at the foot of the mountain. This is the time when the region mystically changes into a children's story like desert garden – pick a crisp morning for your visit to ensure incredible perspectives of Mnt Fuji, towering grandly finished the blossoms. The blossoms sprout between mid April till the finish of May.
2. Stay at traditional hotel
Remaining at a customary inn will convey you one bit nearer to encountering the Japanese lifestyle – also it's an astounding background! Make sure to pick a place with an onsen (a hot spring) where you can go for a speedy plunge before you wrap up warm in a yukata (a customary cotton kimono utilized as a wraparound) and prepare for a decent night rest in a tatami-lined room.
Breakfast delights!
Thinking about a futon is shockingly agreeable, truth be told, I incline toward it to resting in bed. Make sure not to miss breakfast, regularly comprising of different little dishes, for example, miso soup, steamed rice, seared fish and pickles. It's totally heavenly and introduced so brilliantly that it's too beautiful to eat!
3. A visit to Harajuku
At the point when in Tokyo, you need to visit Harajuku! This central hub for goodness' sake kawaii (charming) has been the focal point of youth culture and mold for a considerable length of time, and is home to the world's most unpredictable and outrageous form patterns. Walk around Harajuku's primary road, Takeshita Dori, on an end of the week to see the zone clamor as young ladies wearing Lolita and Goth-motivated outfits peruse through unlimited boutiques offering all things kawaii, from tutus and Hello Kitty fasteners to frozen yogurt molded totes. Snatch one of the well known crepes and grasp the kawaii franticness!
4. Break time at a Temple
Matcha (Japanese green tea) and wagashi sweets at Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) in Kyoto.
There are a couple of things more tranquil and serene than tasting matcha tea at a Japanese sanctuary. The sanctuaries are frequently encompassed by a wonderfully delicious garden, so your lone unsettling influence will be the sensitive sound of sōzu,a customary bamboo drinking fountain. A few sanctuaries arrange tea services which are genuinely mystical, yet even a some tea joined by a choice of as well adorable to-eat wagashi desserts will fill your heart with joy!
5. Nourishment, sustenance and more sustenance!
Delicious kaiseki…
It won't be an embellishment to state that Japanese nourishment is a devour to all detects – from the charming, creature formed doughnuts to conventional suppers and territorial claims to fame, Japanese take extraordinary pride in making their sustenance taste as well as look flavorful! Truth be told, Japanese cooking takes after a sum of SEVEN strategies for nourishment plan! Remember ramen and oyakodon (omlet blended with chicken meat served on rice).
…and a less traditional meal at a Maid Cafe in Tokyo’s Akihabara district!

I really enjoyed this article, it is also my dream to visit Japan one day and really immerse into their unique culture, it's fascinating! I reckon this is the kind of activities that I would like to partake in, from strolls through crazy and trendy Harajuku to mystical and peaceful visits to the Temples.
Also @girlwhotravels, some unsolicited (but friendly!) piece of advice: I started following you recently and noticed that you post very often (sometimes multiple times a day). The thing is, since you are very new here and don't have that many followers yet, it seems like many of your articles are not getting much attention and are just "sinking" shortly after you publish them - which is a shame, because you make such high quality, entertaining and useful posts with great content!
The thing is, as you might already know, once you publish a post here in Steemit you have week-long window to make earnings from it. After the payout time is done, it is archived and won't make you any more money. Therefore, unless your posts garner a lot of upvotes very quickly after you publish them and therefore manage to make it into the "hot" or "trending" pages of the tags you chose, all those wonderful posts are only going to be buried under the thousands of new posts generated daily and most likely will go unnoticed except for the people that have followed you.
Hence, my advice would be to slow down your pace a bit on the publishing side, which will give you a chance to engage with the community and garner more followers while consistently posting high value material. In this way, you have more chances of growing and audience for your posts without "wasting" great articles that don't get the upvotes or the rewards they deserve! Just my two cents.
Sorry for the novel, but I hope it is somewhat useful!
