Great post, it worked for me as well when I was traveling, well I did not work, but its a great idea, I heard from friends who did work... (picking up strawberries in France and so on XD ). One that helped me to save a lot and travel more is that I cooked by myself when I could (hostel and so on..) That was usually great to save a extra buck, everyday eating out might be too much :P
