Shinobazu Pond - Ueno Park (2) | 上野公園不忍池 (二)

Very close to Benten Hall is the Boat House, where visitors can rent a boat and ride in the Boat Pond, one of the three Ponds of Shinobazu Pond.

在弁天堂不遠就是艇屋，即是可以租艇遊湖的地方。其實不忍池是由三個小池所組成，其中一個就是供乘坐小艇之用的艇池。

I turned right and walked along the path between Boat Pond and Uno Pond. Then I turned left at next junction and walked along the Boat Pond in anti-clockwise direction.

在此我向右轉，沿著艇池和鵜池之間的小徑漫步而行。到了下一個路口我轉左，繼而逆時針方向的沿艇池散步。

There was occassional red leaves which made the morning walk a very pleasent one.

途中偶爾有些紅葉點綴，令這個早晨散步更為心曠神怡。

The scene suddenly became a big piece of brown when I arrived the Hasu Pond (meaning lotus pond). That was because all the lotus in the pond withered after Autumn and turned brown. That's a big area of lotus and you could expect the magnificent view in spring and summer time.

到了蓮池，景物剎那間變成褐色一片。因為蓮池中的蓮花在秋季之後枯竭而變成褐色。看著一大片的枯蓮，心中想像着夏天時一片盛開的蓮花的美麗景色。

That concluded my walk at Shinobazu Pond of Ueno Park. That was very nice, however, I like there better during Sakura Blossom season!

過了蓮池，我亦完成了這次上野公園的早晨散步。雖然景色優美，但是我還是喜歡這裏櫻花盛放的美景！
