My First Visit to Naran, Kaghan, Siri Paye and Lake Saif ul Mulook!

in travel •  7 years ago

Hi Steemians,

You might not know it or even expect it but the northern areas of Pakistan are very beautiful. There are areas you would love to visit and there are sights which remind what heaven could be like. Kaghan, Naran, Shogran, Siri Paye, Lake Saif al Maluk (Sword of the Kings) are a few names you should definitely check on Google or Wikipedia. But I am here to share with you some of the most beautiful experiences and images from my recent trip to these heavenly areas.

This lake is too beautiful to be exhibited after another photograph.

These are so charming and wonderful places, enriched with natural beauty. Thousands of tourists visit these sites from all over the world. I was lucky enough to make a plan with my friends and enjoy the snow.

A few days ago I went to visit these beautiful natural place with my friends. I had never been to these places before. I have visited many places, but I never enjoyed as much as in this trip. Kaghan and Naran valleys are blessed with divine beautiful mountains, thick forest and blue-green meadows.

Kaghan valley starts from Abbottabad, a mainstream City of Hazara region. Kawai is the middle place of Shogran and Kaghan Naran. So Kewai is also called the central point of Kaghan valley from where a different road goes to Shogran, Siri, and Paye.

We passed through enjoying all the natural scenes of Shogran, Siri, Paye. The way to Shogran is very thrilling because of its intense vertical height that's why the only jeep can run on this road, so we hired a jeep.

On the way, the natural beauty of mountains and forests attracted us too much. It was the month of November, and all roads were blocked with extra ordinary snow falling. We hired a hotel in Shogran Siri Paye and stayed for 4-5 days there. Shogran is the middle point of Siri Paye. There are many hotels with all necessities. We stayed one night there.

The next day we proceeded to Kaghan Naran, and it took 3  hours from Shogran to reach to Naran. Kaghan  Naran is the most pretty and attractive place in Mansehra district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, province of Pakistan. That's why due to its extraordinary beauty it is called the ''Land of Fairies''. In summer there is heavy of rain fall, and in winter there is heavy snow falling so when we were there the temperature was zero degree.

On the way to Naran when we were passing by the road on the jeep, the road was too scary because of the deep down slopes on the sides.

The loud noise of the river  Kunhar which was slowing so fastly was also presenting a beautiful natural scene. There is also a small bazar in Naran where we did shopping. Then we reached Lake Saif-al-Maluk within one hour.

It is the most beautiful fascinating lake of the world equipped with a richness of natural beauty, and we enjoyed its heart touching amazing scenes very much. Malika Parbat is one of the beautiful favorite mountains located on the left side of Lake Saif-al-Maluk.

I am glad to share the images, experiences and natural beauty that I witnessed in my travels to these beautiful parts of Pakistan. I hope you wish to visit these amazing destinations too now.
