During my travels I was fortunate enough to get just one day in New Zealand. I landed in the Auckland airport and from there took a seabus to the volcanic Rangitoto Island. I spent the day hiking and feeding several different birds. With breath taking views and amazing wild life I can definitely say it was well worth it to stop in New Zealand on my way home.
