Chinese food is well known around the world. In our country, Chinese food is not less. But when they visited China, what they saw to be good food was something else. Here's how they eat:
The smell of food
In the words, when you go to China, take a bribe! Because, not everyone can easily eat real Chinese food. If you eat Chinese food, your nose may revolt with you. There are basically five types of flavor in Chinese food. These smells are fueled by the tradition of traditional Chinese medicine. You will find these five delicious foods - sweet, salty, salty, bitter and sour. Across the territory of China, you will find freshness and aroma of flavors. For example, in Sichuan, you will get more of the food. Salt and Southern foods are more prevalent in the northern region.
Noodles - Fans
Chinese are fans of noodles. If they do not have noodles with food, do not go! In the cold and dry weather of northern China, you will find wheat noodles, steamed buns or cakes. In the south, you will always find rice or rice noodles in the bowl along with food.
Chinese eat all
You can ask the question, what do the Chinese do not eat? Seeing their list of foods, the eyes are bound to fall. It is said that the Chinese can eat what they move. From chickens, ducks, cows, sheep to snake-frog-rats.
Vegetables
The Chinese eat most of the green vegetables. Fresh fruit and fruit juices are their favorite food. As a fresh vegetable, potatoes, eggplant, groundnut, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli as well as dietary fiber are high in vegetables, they eat more. They have some vegetables that many people don't like to eat because they are grassy. Their bowel movements are higher than in the West.
The Chinese chew bone and flesh
The Chinese chew the flesh and bones, hard to believe if they do not see. Some Chinese citizens are questioned, they do not like waste. So many times you will see fish or animals sitting on the table at a meal. Fish that have soft or thorny bones, chew them up. So they eat bone and thorns separately. They think the marrow has more taste and nutrition.
Chopsticks
The Chinese are not accustomed to eating with a fork or spoon. So using chopstick. You can't cut everything with that chopstick like two woods. So all the food is easy to pick up chopsticks - so they are cut and then cooked. Another interesting fact to know is that the Chinese use 5 billion pairs of chopsticks a year. These chopsticks are made of bamboo and soft wood.
Cooking the same food in different ways
Chinese people can cook different ways if they want the same food. For example: fish boiled, cooked, baked, roasted, marinated, soldered, cooked in various ways. Beyond this, raw fish and fish are found in special dishes in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China.
Arrange food
To the Chinese, the topic of food is similar to the phrase "before the visitor." The Chinese like to decorate the food. The first bite of people before eating them is with eyes They like to arrange such dishes visually so that even ordinary foods can become extraordinary.
Rules for sitting down to eat
When it comes to traditional Chinese cuisine, its service is also traditional. The food is served in the middle of the table and the guests sit around it with a bowl of rice. Restaurants usually have seating arrangements of 8 to 12 people. The guests sit a little farther away from the door so that the fish-meat feels like it is approaching.
The skin is eaten
The Chinese also eat the skin of various animals, including fish. Cold fish skin can be seen at various restaurants there.

You are indeed right to say, Chinese do eat exotic food that many do not dare to try. They are adventurous to try all kinds of food. Food like Century Eggs, Turtle eggs, Durian, Chicken Feet, Chicken backside, Fish Head, Duck Web, Roasted Pig's Head/Ears, Pig's trotters, Monkey's Brain, Bear Paw, Snake meat /Blood , Crocodile Meat, etc......Most important is how are these being cooked with what sort of spices and herbs they used. Would love to sample some exotic food when I have the opportunity to visit China.
Thanks for sharing. Enjoy your food during your travel. Do watch out for my post, as i do travel and love food as well.
