Phnom Penh a wonderful city really, it may not be Bangkok, it may not be Ho Chi Minh City, but it has its charms. A city not too large and certainly not a town.
I like to take photos where ever I go, I am not a photographer by any means and I only have a smart phone, but I hope to let people see a city they may not have seen before.
