There are many hostess bars in Phnom Penh and Street 136 and Street 104 have been the two main streets in Phnom Penh for these type of bars, otherwise known as "girlie bars" and Street 110 was probably a secondary street to the two main ones.
Street 118 and Street 130 had these type of bars but less so, but these days Street 130 has risen to become the rising star in many ways and now takes the position of the third girlie bar street in Phnom Penh.
So to recap, the main streets for girlie bars in Phnom Penh are; Street 104, Street 110, Street 118, Street 130 and Street 136. There are also girlie bars on Street 108, Street 51 and other girlie bars in stranded positions on other streets.
Street 130 now has 17 hostess bars!
