Riding the escalator up to the Shipwreck Room.

The day after Christmas, we drove two hours to Springfield, Missouri and visited the Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium. We bought the membership so we can go back and bring friends and family if we want. Springfield is a regular visiting place for most of us so going again wouldn't be a big deal.

After the Tuna Diorama Room and the Sharks Room, we came to what was called The Shipwreck Room.

Most of these photos, with the exception of the shitty ones, were taken by my husband using Penelope, his Nikon. I also took photos with my cellphone but the lighting was so very dark, my photos look like crayon drawings next to his.

Thanks for stopping by!

I’ve gotta visit this place. I love your pictures. Even the shitty ones. Adam thinks we should take a day trip in the next month or so, I think I’ll suggest Springfield!

Just be prepared. It's expensive. We went for the membership because with the number of people in our family, it was just a few dollars more and we want to go back!

What a fun way to spend the day. Pictures are all very good. The fish are so colorful in their habitat. Thanks for taking us with you. 🐓🐓

I'm a huge explorer of shipwrecks recently. The reason is that I'm currently managing a Shipwreck Writing Contest.

The part of the Aquarium looks astonishing!

That's cool! Are you a diver? I have always wanted to try that, but I panic too easily.

Thanks for stopping by, @steemfluencer!

No, I'm just a fan of shipwreck stories, writing and fighting with life in general : ) Thanks for replying and greetings from Europe! :)
