The British tradition of Bonfire Night. London fireworks.

The British tradition of Bonfire Night dates back to 1605, when a Catholic conspirator, Guy Fawkes, attempted to blow up King James I and the houses of Parliament with barrels of gunpowder - but was caught red-handed. Fawkes`s plot was failed, but its failure has been celebrated across the country on 5 November ever since.

Alexandra Palace:
Set against unrivalled panoramic views of London the fireworks display will illuminate the evening sky for an unforgettable experience. Bigger, brighter and including an epic laser show – this is the capital’s hottest bonfire night ticket for a reason.
What’s more, this year the fireworks display soundtrack will be curated by the one and only DJ Yoda. The king of cut ‘n’ paste DJing will lend his signature style to a bespoke mixtape especially for this year’s display - a world first!

Battersea Park
The award-winning pyro-technicians, Jubilee Fireworks, are powering up for what promises to be an electrifying 22 minute firework display, set to music inspired by this year’s theme “Power”.

Gates open at 6pm for pre show entertainment and to grab something tasty from the food and drink stalls. Remember to bring cash as there are no card facilities onsite. The bonfire is lit at 7.30pm and the firework display starts at 8pm on 4th November.

Brockwell Park:
The Lambeth Fireworks display is back in Brockwell Park this year for a movie-themed firework blockbuster. 'A Night at the Movies' will feature a funfair, bars and plenty of entertainment from local performers. There will also be twenty food stalls, including the likes of Porky's, Mac to the Future and 28 Well Hung. Not forgetting the 20-minute the firework display itself, which will feature pyrotechnics set to the backdrop of movie soundtracks. Don't miss it on 4th of November
