So, the possibilities of getting trapped lost or inside are greater. Below are a few tips that will assist you to have a much better and safer caving experience.

The Ideal manual

Ensure that you go for a licensed guide. Guides should be experienced and comfortable with the cave you are exploring. They need to also understand how to take care of emergencies.

Weather is significant

Water levels may rise in the event of rain. When it floods, there's a possibility you may get trapped within the cave. Thus, don't go caving through the rainy season, or about every day once the weather is awful. Always consult your manual. For sea shores, mild rain does not affect submerged diving but when the sea is rough and the wind is powerful, it isn't a good idea to dive.

Do your Assignments

Research is crucial. Read about the cave you would like to research prior to going.

For cave diving, then you want to have a correct cavern/cave diving class before it is possible to go. Just with a scuba diving permit is not enough.

If you are claustrophobic, this may not just be the cup of tea since you would be within an enclosed area! The same if you are frightened of water. Some caves may have snakes (such as Racer Cave in Mulu, Sarawak) and bats, also.

Start Little

Start with simpler caves. You will find cave explorations that demand only walking while some need some easy scaling (such as taking the stairs) and specialized scaling (together with ropes, etc).

In exactly the exact same manner, for submerged caves, begin with cavern diving prior to moving to cave diving, in which you venture deeper into the cave.

Be ready

Dress appropriately to your outing. Dry caves can be quite dusty inside so that you may need masks. Waterproof garments help since you do not wish to get stuck in a cave with wet, soggy, or even muddy clothes. Likewise, in case you need to climb, crawl, and squeeze through narrow passages, then ensure that your clothing covers your entire body with no vulnerable components, to minimize becoming bruises or scrapes. Waterproof footwear with a fantastic grip is fantastic for slick cave surfaces.

Bring the right gear: Headlamps and torchlights really are a must, in addition to the rope (for experience caving). If you are bringing cameras, then they have to be watertight and invisibly.

If you are a scuba diver, do not take things for granted and only venture into an underwater cave with no suitable manual. You'd need appropriate training and experience at first before going to a cave diving excursion.

Do not dash

Natural cave sculptures, stalactites, and stalagmites may"erode" or becoming ruined with that individual contact.

As always, do not litter.
