Recently, American Airlines, part of the OneWorld airline alliance, adde two more airlines that people can use their AAdvantage points towards award flights on partner airlines. These two new ones are Fiji Airways and Malaysian Airlines.
In case you didn't know, if you wanted to search for award flights on OneWorld airlines that aren't searchable on AA website, you can do so by signing up with British Airways Avios program and then doing the search there. From there, if you find an award on partner airline that isn't shown on American Airlines, you can simply call up an AA representative to help you book the flight using your AAdvantage points.

I'm a lot more interested in Fiji Airway's addition, as they have several flights that fly out of Hawaii and connects the Oceania region.
Tonga, Fiji, and New Zealand are top on my list to visit, so it's good to know that Fiji Airways is a choice via the American Airline points.
I still want to include Tahiti again, as I want to visit Easter Island as well.
