Ask a Scotsman about SCOTLAND

in travel •  7 years ago

Scotland , population of around 5 million people is part of the united kingdom ( population 60 million ) so we are small part of UK in people , but large part in land

We have a myth ( ghost story ) of the loch ness monster , its a tale hundreds of years old , many people have hunted , but none have found .

We have wild hills and vibrant cities , ( glasgow and edinburgh ) and great universities , Glasgow university is 550 years old , even i think thats incredible .

We are a first world country , we use the pound £ , as currency and , electricity , water , food , is plentiful , but not free , jobs are available , but well paid ones to make life easy are not .

I live in glasgow , you can see my city centre , here , LIVE by webcam :

I love scotland , although the weather can be cold often and here in glasgow it rains a lot , making outdoor pursuits challenging

You have any questions about Scotland , I’m here to help . What the Loch Ness monster eats , The local food for humans , the cities , transport , money , culture , taxis , where to stay safe and cheap I’m here to help.
