NYC's Koreatown Food Recommendation -- 뉴욕 한인타운 먹거리 추천

In NYC's Koreatown (32nd and Broadway), I would highly recommend this place called:

Not many people know of this place apparently, but all of my friends whom I have taken with me loved it. It's essentially an Asian style food court with multiple restaurants to choose from. They have Korean BBQ stuff, noodles, rice platters, rolls, tofu stews, kimchi stews, dumplings, Korean drinks, and even poke.

• Cheap (no tip!)
• Tasty
• Fast
• Variety of pretty authentic Korean food

For example, I ordered this Korean-Chinese food where the left half of the bowl is black bean noodle (called ja-jang-myeon) and the right half is spicy seafood noodle (called jjam-ppong). It's pretty popular in Korea actually, because you can easily enjoy the both savory and spicy worlds at the same time. It only cost me $10.88 with tax!!

The alcoholic drink is called mak-geol-li. It's essentially rice wine, similar to Japanese rice wine, but I honestly think makgeolli is better. Even my Cuban friend loved it and told me he would be willing to visit Korea just for the drink haha.

All in all, you should definitely check this place out if possible!!

라는 곳을 추천합니다.

한국 백화점의 푸드코트 형식으로 되어 있고요, 웬만한 한식은 거의 다 있는 듯 했습니다. 제육볶음 부리토 같은 퓨전의 음식도 꽤 있더군요 ㅎㅎ.

팁을 안 내서 값이 싸고요, 맛도 얼추 있고, 음식이 나오는 속도도 빨라서 좋았습니다. 저는 며칠전 짬짜면을 시켜 먹었는데요, 총 합 $10.88 밖에 안 냈답니다. (뉴욕에서는 이 가격이면 싼게 맞죠 ㄷㄷ)

막걸리도 있길래 10불정도 내고 음식이랑 같이 먹었답니다. 제 친구 중 쿠바에서 온 친구가 있었는데요, 막걸리 때매 한국을 가야겠다는 말을 할 정도로 막걸리를 좋아하던군요 ㅎㅎ.
