Chios seems lovely! thanks a lot for detailed information about the island. Also interviews with the local people is a good idea. Which Greek Mezes do you recommend?

    Thanks a lot! Chios is a great place to discover. For the mezes I suggest zatziki, dolmades, kalamari, saganaki cheese of course with Uzo :))
