Mangalore

in travel •  5 years ago

I arrived Mangalore from Gokarna it took me around 5 hours by train . The train was superfast ( suferfast train don't stop at many stops as passanger train) and the ticket was around 70 rupee for geberal compartment.

The Mangalore is a coastal city and i heard there are surfing spots around here but i am not sure. It's a quite town and people are relaxed compared to bangalore.

Some photos of Mangalore

I found it interesting how they are using leaves to keep the cement moist to strengthen it. This very eco friendly
As the leaves keep it moist for longer and require less water.( I may be wrong )
